On the walk home, I saw how cold Gabriel was. He was shivering, hugging himself for warmth. I remembered the reason I went back there in the first place.

I left my jacket.

If it weren't for my jacket, Gabriel wouldn't even be here right now. I wrap it around him, watching it droop down to his mid-thigh, and pull him closer.

"Thank you..." He whispers.

"Keep the jacket. It's what made me go back. If I didn't..." My voice broke. I could feel tears falling down my face.

"Gabe, what color is my hair?" I ask.

"Uhm... Brown?"

"And my eyes?"

"Hazel... What is this about?"

"I thought you were blind. That's all."

"What??"

"Well, you obviously don't see how much I love you..." I whisper. A tear falls down his cheek, and he quickly wipes it away, trying not to let me see. When they keep coming down, he turns away from me completely.

"I've never been loved by anyone like this, I don't know how this is supposed to work."

I grab his face, gently pulling it towards me. I wipe the tears falling down his cheeks, a hand on each cheek.

"Baby, do you trust me?" I say, firm but soft, looking him straight in the eyes. "Because, I promise you, I wouldn't purposely hurt you. He threatened me. To hurt you. And I wouldn't have cared if it were me, but it wasn't me, it was you. I love you." I wipe the last of his tears, and continue to walk, dragging him behind me by his hand.

Guys, I know I am being really brief with all this stuff, and I'm really sorry... But I mean it when I say, I'm trying.. I have no partner and I'm trying to make this as good as I can.

School is being a bitch, and I'm getting hate, and guys seriously I'm trying.

This isn't me being a bitch, this is me telling the truth, but the more hate I get, the more I feel like I need to delete this story.
