Chapter 11

Jason's POV

"Jason." Henry all but growled out. Jemma and Avalon was glancing between us as if one would attack the other. No. We wouldn't do that with our mates in the room, I knew that much he wouldn't do. "Jason?" Ava asked me in a quiet voice. I look down to see Ava holding on to my hand. "Yes darling?" "You two know each other, don't you?" She whispered staring up at me with a question I found hard to answer. "We will talk about it later love, but right now is" I pause looking back at Jemma and Henry. "not such a good time." Ava nodded but never let go of my hand. I'm not complaining though. Henry attempted to stand with the help of Jemma holding him, but even wiith her help his face strained and he fell back. I almost felt bad for Henry, but after what he did i will never forgive him for as long as i live. "As i have asked before but you did not reply, why did you attack my mate and what were you doing on my pack's land?" I asked using my soon to be Alpha voice. No one usually can resist my Alpha voice, even rogues. The only creatures that can resist my voice is, sadly, Vampires. Henry scrunched up his nose like he wasnt happy about answering but did anyways. "Listen Alpha whatever, i was just hunting for some food cause i was hungry and then i saw your mate, whom the name of i have yet to learn, i relised that she is a vampire and figuired to kill her. Thats that. Vampires usually are enemies to werewolves whenever we see them so viola." My eyes turned black with rage and it took only the remembrance that the girls were in the room and that Ava was still holding my hand tightly, to not grab Henry by the throat and hold him like that until he turns blue.

Ava's POV

Jason was holding back his anger. That i knew as soon as his eyes went dark with rage. What Henry said upset me too but i didnt want to hurt him for it. I just wanted to know the reason why he attacked me and now i know. Jemma didnt know what to say and just stood off to the side watching all three of us intently. As calmly as i could i slipped my hand out of Jason's grip and he looked down at me immediatley with a pained expression. My knees went weak with the look and i slowly steadied myself and motioned for him to come down to my height. "Dont worry i was just going over to talk to Jemma." I whispered with a giggle at the end. He was so sensitive sometimes and then he would be this macho Alpha werewolf man. Jason's expression softened and he whispered "Ok. I thought you were mad at me for some reason. I'll just talk to Henry and see if we cant agree on something about him being a rogue. Just future Alpha stuff." I nodded and smiled. "Ok but be nice to him, he is Jemma's mate after all. Also tell me what you both talk about later pweeeeaaaasssseeeee." I told him giving him my best puppy dog face. "Okay i will." He said smiling, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Promise?" I asked holding out my pinkie for him to take. I know this seems stupid but i take pinkie promisises very seriously. They are just like any other promise except with your pinkie. Jason chuckled at me but held out his pinkie and hooked it with mine saying "I promise. Now go love, i need to talk to Henry." And with that i flashed a smile his way and went over to Jemma. "I made Jason promise me that he would tell me all the details later. After that if you want me too, i can tell you what they said. I can call you when i get home." I told her taking her into a hug. She smiled at me and i could tell that on the inside she was thanking me and bouncing up and down with excitment of finding her mate. "And just today was it? You were talking about me finding your mate. Well actually he found me, but, either way i guess." We both laughed.

Alpha Of The Red Moon Pack POV

I sent a maid to retrieve Henry hours ago and still no sign of either of them. "Lottie!" I yelled my maid's name and moments later hear the sound of feet pounding on the stairs. "Yes Master?" Lottie asked me, obviously she was out of breath from running so much. Maybe i need to make sure the maids get trained to. 'Lenny.' I commanded using the pack mind link. 'Yes Alpha!' Lenny shouts respectfully. 'Make sure the trainers and maids know that soon the maids and everyone in the pack over the age of five is to begin training.' No response, most likely he is already on his way to tell everyone. "Where is Henry and why is he not here already. He went hunting yesterday and you have been looking for him for only a few hours." Lottie tensed under my hard stare but remained silent as if thinking. "Sir. I have reason to believe that Henry has been..." She paused looking shaken up. "Captured." It was barely a whisper but it was enough for me to hear every word she said. That set me off the deep end. "By who?" I asked trying not to blow a fuse but i failed when Lottie noticed that my teeth were clenched and my hands were now tight. She backed away slightly. Everyone knows that when i am mad they need to back up a little because i may go crazy. Not on purpose of course, but i do. :"By who?" I repeated but in a kinder voice this time. Lottie relaxed, her brown curls leaning on her shoulder. "I think sir, that they may have been captured by Jason of the Gold Moon Pack." Immediatly all line of sympathy and kindness left me. "What?" I asked, it coming out as more of a growl than anything. "There is another thing too sir that you may wish to know." Sighing i nod my head, my hand waving in the air telling her to continue. "I think that he has made an aliance with the Vampires."
