Jacob

Sir step out of the car" I yelled. I watched him place his hands up in the air. "I don't have anything on me officer" he shouted in fear.

"STEP OUT OF THE CAR" John screamed. John was one of the white officers that I hated working with, I guess with everything going on right now with my people losing our lives I really didn't need his extraness. He was quick to search a black guy down that shit was Disney world to him.

"Sir, I need for you to step out of the vehicle "I said. He sighed stepping out of the car; I lightly patted him down making sure he didn't having any weapons on him. He already looked suspicious. I looked at John eying for him to search his car.

"Man ya'll can't do this, I know my rights" he screamed. "I know your rights too sir" I argued . John searched through the car finding bags of cocaine and weed.

"This guy is packing loads of drugs" he said picking them up. Without notice the guy began running. "SHIT" I yelled beginning to chase him down the street. This guy was fast too, I tackled him on the ground placing the handcuffs on him. "You're under arrest for the possession of illegal drugs

You have the right to remain silent. Anything, you say can be used against you in the court of law " I said pulling him up from the ground walking him to the car.

"Fuck you man, I hate you pigs yall think yall have authority and this higher power but all you niggas carry is a flash light" he yelled at me. I rolled my eyes tucking his head down as he got in the back seat.

"Santana put me to this, I'm a free man" he yelled.

Later that Day

I was really enjoying these days with Tia. I really like her she's a cool and down to earth woman. We walked down the big city holding hands and talking about life, I've been stressed lately with the job.

"How's work? She asked. "It's okay, I guess sometimes I feel like it's just a 9 to 5 now and my passion isn't there anymore. It just seems like lately I've been having the blues at work" I explained

"Awwww poor baby "she frowned. "You know? I actually feel that way too, I'm beginning not to like my job. I kind of want to just start my own bakery shop and just do something I love. I thought being a lawyer was my passion but it's beginning not to be" she said.

"I guess we do have some things in common" I said. "I guess so too" she smiled looking over at me.

"Then this crazy guy I arrested kept screaming "Santana put me up to this" it was funny as hell.

"That's crazy" she laughed.

Tia

Everyone knew I liked Jacob but I just didn't know if he really liked me. He says he does but his actions don't really prove otherwise, like he only hits me up when he's ready to or when he's not so busy. I know being an officer is a busy job but you're never too busy to pick up a call. I don't know maybe I've always been super spoiled with guys calling me all the time. When I looked I saw a lady walk towards me and stop.

"Hey, you're the lady on world star" she said and my eyes widened and I was embarrassed. "Who me? I pointed to myself.

"And you're the officer, wayment you too are a thing? She asked. Jacob and I stared over at each other and continued to walk away leaving her in awe.

"I guess it's not that hard to make it big in the big apple" he laughed. "Shut up" I said playfully hitting him. He held the door for me as we walked in the 7 eleven. This was our third little date and I was enjoying it.

"Get whatever you want" he said. He didn't have tell me twice. I walked towards the beverages and grabbed a Pepsi seeing as though I haven't had any junk food in a minute. I grabbed my drink and looked around for Jacob.
