Crystal's POV:
It was our third day staying in this house, it's a very old house. The walls were slowly falling apart and covered in a light pink flower wallpaper. The living room's furniture was also old and the coffee table was tipped over as if someone was in a hurry to get out. The living room led to the small kitchen, the fridge was full of fruits and vegetables. I grabbed out a pint of grapes and blueberries, I poured some in bowls for Wesley and I.
I didn't hear Wesley come down at all until he touched my shoulder. "Oh god Wesley! You scared me." I revealed, "Sorry sis, how are you doing?" I set our bowls down on the table, and sat down. "I'm okay, I did a look through of the house this morning." "What did you find?" he stuffed a grape in his mouth, "There's shampoo, conditioner and hot water running, so I want you to shower after breakfast because tomorrow morning we're waking up early to leave." He gave me a confusing look, "Why would we leave this place is-" I got up and put my bowl in the sink, "We have to find our family Wesley."
As Wesley got in the shower I just kept thinking about my family. This whole apocalypse isn't fair to any of us, if only we were all together when this happened. I just wanted to see my mom and the rest of my family.
Wesley's POV:
My sister is telling me that we're leaving in the morning. I wish we could just find our family I really want to see all of my older cousins and everyone else. I rinsed off my body, and dried blood drained in the tub. I rinsed my fingers through my hair, dirt and random things ran out of my hair. This isn't living, or fighting, I shouldn't be afraid 24/7.
