THE CHIT CHAT

I sat on my bed admiring his gift.A pair of beautiful pearl drop ear rings.It contained a small note which said

"To mark the beginning of new journey...FROM STRANGERS TO SOULMATES"

I picked up my phone to message him and his whats app status sent me into a state of shock.It said

"SURRENDERED"

He had updated it only 10 minutes ago.

Surrendered to whom?Surrendered I mean like seriously did I read surrendered.Aiyappa what does he mean by this.I texted him

N:-Reached home safely?

Answer was as usual very quick.

M: Ya!!Did you open the gift?

N:Thx .Its indeed very beautiful!

I looked at the dictionary online and texted back

Did I read it right?The colour of my cheeks turned tomato red.I could hear the paltipations in every inch of my skin.This was actually a transition phase and I was thoroughly enjoying it!
