Michael:
I don't think I left my room for a few days, Luke had texted a lot asking me to come over and I think he must have knocked on my window and my door at least 10 times. But everytime my mum came in and told me he was here to see me I sent her away, and she would sigh and leave. Thank god she had gone to work now.
I hadn't eaten anything, but that was fine by me, I wasn't hungry anyways.
I felt like shit each time I ignored Luke's attempts to help me, But I felt so beyond help now. He had no idea.
I was currently sat on my floor holding the bag of white substance in my hand. I was glaring at it, hoping that it knew how much it had ruined my life but I of course knew that it didn't.
I had been sat like this for about half an hour, debating whether I should take it. I wanted to, very much so but I was petrified I would get into the same amount of trouble as I did a while back.
I began to build up confidence and I convinced myself I just wasn't that strong. I took a deep breath as I stood up and held the bag in the air, flicking it with my other hand to make the powder fall to the bottom. Everything around me was a blur.
I stared at it and found myself frozen.
"M-Michael?"
I jumped out of my skin and stared wide eyed at my open door. There stood the tall blonde I had missed so much but avoided at all costs.
"H-how did you get in here?" I asked, eyes full of fear.
He glanced over to what I was holding.
"What the fuck is that?!" He yelled.
My breath hitched and I pulled my arm down, clutching it in my hand. "Nothing."
"What the hell are you doing Michael?!" He screamed angrily.
"Leave Luke." I said, my voice wobbly.
"No way." He said, red faced. "Give it to me."
"No!" I cried."Give it to me." He growled.
I gulped and shook my head. He began to walk towards me in rage. I took a few steps back.
Suddenly he picked up his pace and ran towards me, jumping on top of me as we both toppled to the ground. He wrestled with me and finally was able to grab the bag from my shaking hands.
I sat up as he stood above me, glaring at it.
"I'm getting rid of this." He spat.
"NO LUKE PLEASE," I sobbed uncontrollably.
"Michael this is illegal!" He stared at me.
"NO, PLEASE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND I CAN'T... I C-CAN'T LOSE THAT," I scream so loud my throat hurts with hot tears streaking my face. I held my hands over my face as my whole body shook dramatically.
"You were going to take this?" He asked, his voice slightly calmer than before.
"I- I don't know." I choked out, still afraid to look up at him.
"I... What the hell am I supposed to do? Give you this back? Do you know how hard this is right now?" He asked sadly.
"I know." I hiccupped. "I won't take it. I'll behave, please just don't take it away."
"I don't know if I should believe you." He admits.
I keep my hands over my face as I feel my bracelets begin to shift down. I heard a small gasp from above me as Luke rushed down to sit beside me.
I put my hands down and looked at him as he had glossy eyes, staring down at my arm in horror.
"Luke I-"
He brought me into his chest and wrapped his arms around me tightly.
"Don't say anything," He sniffled. "It's okay. It's okay."
I just felt like my heart was made of iron, everything about me was heavy.
"You look terrible." He pulled away and glanced at my face. "Have you eaten?"
I looked down and let out a shaky sigh.
"M-Mikey." Luke stuttered, making me look up at him, both our eyes puffy.
"I'll give you this back..." He lifted the bag slowly, making my entire posture lift up in hope.
"Only if you come downstairs and have dinner with me," He didn't break eye contact with me.
I thought about it for a second, I guessed I was kind of hungry.
"Okay." I said just above a whisper.
He smiled sadly as he sniffled and placed the bag into my small hands slowly.
"T-thankyou." I breathed.
"Put it away now, we're going to eat." He told me. I placed it in a drawer and followed him downstairs.
//
We had sat and ordered pizza, I enjoyed it quite a lot since I hadn't had anything for days. Once we finished, he came to lay next to me on the couch and hugged me softly.
"Michael?" He asked quietly.
"Yeah?" I squeaked.
"Please don't ever take that stuff." The blonde touched my cheek.
"I wont." I told him as he kissed my cheek, but I wasn't completely sure I would keep that promise.

FanfictionLuke and Michael are close neighbours, so much so that Luke tends to think he can climb through the bedroom window whenever he wants. But you shouldn't enter a house uninvited. (Trigger warning on some chapters probably) :) x
