This Love

Chapter 14

XANDER'S POV

As I walked to the garden I was trying to figure out what I was going to say to Audrey. As I turned the corner I saw her. I saw her standing there in the middle of the garden under the hanging lavender. She looked so beautiful in her dress. I had never seen anyone look so beautiful before.

"Audrey?" I said as she turned around. "You look so beautiful." I smiled as I walked over to her.

"You don't look too bad yourself Xander." She smiled.

I hugged her for what felt like years. I never wanted that feeling to end.

"Are you nervous?" She asked me as we sort of slow danced back and forth.

"Yeah...A little. But I know its going to be worth it though." I pulled back and smiled. "You know, we aren't really supposed to be seeing each other right now. " I put my hand on her face and kissed her cheek. "I will see you soon."

By the time we had seperated it was time for me to stand at the end of the aisle and wait for my beautiful bride-to-be.

I could see Polly standing at the door waiting anxiously to open the door. As the wedding march started, I saw everyone in the chapel stand up as the doors opened I saw her walk into the middle of the door way and begin to walk down to me.

She was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. We said our vows, which I don't really remember doing. All I remember was hearing the priest say 'I now pronounce you husband and wife. Ladies and gentelmen, I now present to you Prince Matthew Alexander Maximus Vaughn the fourth and the Dutchess Audrey Marie.'  I remember going to the reception and dancing with her and leaving for our honeymoon. I just didn't want any of it to end because I knew that when we got back that it wasn't going to be like this forever.
