A few weeks later it was finally time for the summer ball. I was so excited to be going because it was going to be the first time Xander and I would be attending soemthing as a married couple. Because I was pregnant I couldn't drink anything other than water. So I decided to go shopping for my dress so that I wouldn't be bombarded with the task of tasting the many varieties of drinks. I decided to take Xander's new step-sister to be with me so that I could get to know her. Her name was Evelyn Jane. But she liked to go by Evie. We shopped for a long time. I had a choice between two beautiful dresses so igot them both so Xander could choose which one he liked more.

"So Evie, are you excited to have a brother?" I smiled as we were on the way back to the castle.

"Oh, well, I'm more excited to have a sister and be an Aunt." She smiled at me.

"How did you know? We haven't told anyone yet. We were going to announce it tonight at the party." I said surprised.

"I kind of just guessed." She giggled. "I'm actually going to be an aunt? Oh! This is so exciting! Can I spoil it??" She bombarded me with question after question she was very excited about being an Aunt.

When we got back to the castle I walked into Xanders study.

"Xander?" I asked sweetly. " I need your help deciding something."

"Okay." He said looking up. "What is it?"

"So I bought these two dresses today for the party tonight and can't decide which I like better so I thought I would let you decide for me." I grinned. "Okay, here is the first one." I pulled the first one out of the bag.

It was a beautiful black ball gown with Xander's family crest colors in it. Which are Navy blue, gold, and a dark forrest green. The other dress though was one of my favorite colors.

It was a dark green. It was elegant and not flashy. IT was very classy unlike the other that was black and a little sparkly.

Xander seemed to be enthrolled in both. "I love them both Audrey. Why don't you wear the green one. I like that the most for tonight." HE smiled. "I'll meet you in a few hours okay?"

"Okay. Thanks Xander." I smiled and kissed him. "I'll see you later." I left to go get ready to go.

The whole evening was fun. I met a lot of very important people who were very happy to find out I was having a baby. I had never seen so many people. There werent even that many people at our wedding. By the end of the night my fet were killing me. So I decided I was going to sneak down to the beach and go on a walk since Xander had to stay and wait for everyone to go home. I walked on the beach for a few hours and decided I should go in and go to bed. I was starting to get anxious about having the baby. But I was also very scared. I was scared that I wasn't going to be a good mother. But I was even more scared I wasn't going to be able to be the Dutchess I was supposed to be and the wife I was supposed to be to Xander.
