SO, apparently, seeing well in the dark is connected to synesthesia. Go figure.
I can see really well in the dark. I remember once my sister and I were in the dark in my parent's bedroom looking for the remote to the turn the lights on, and my sister was looking everywhere, but she couldn't find it. I just reached over to the nightstand, grabbed it, and turned on the lights. She just looked at me.
So, I was looking at some stuff online a couple months ago, and I found this website (don't have the link) and it was talking about how grapheme-color synesthetes can see very well in the dark, better than most people.
(It's late. This will probably be boring.)
Too much of my life is connected to my synesthesia. That's actually something I'm going to discuss later on.
I brought this up to my grapheme-color synesthete friend, and she said she can also see very well in the dark.
To me, it's like there's a bit of light coming from what I look at, and that's just how I see it.
See? Boring.
That's pretty much all I have to say. If you see well in the dark, comment and tell me what it's like for you :D
