In the land of Terra Animali you are either an animal, a human or a Gente Animali. The Gente Animali are humans who are able to take on the form of an animal. The Gente Animali live in six tribes, the mammals, the birds, the reptiles, the amphibians, the fish and the arthropods. When the trbes were formed peace and harmony lasted less than a decade before the tribes went into war. The war lasted a century, many were lost from each side until a truce was formed. The people of Terra Animali lived in peace but greatly resented each other.
