A week had passed. Ivan had come back to the very tree he was the week before. He remembered that the human, Yao Wang, said that he comes here every once a week.

Ivan was very curious about him. He had never met a human before. He had been told of them by the other creatures of the woods, though, but they always told him something like 'humans are dangerous' or 'stay away from them'. He had also seen a human from afar. They carried things like knives, guns, and all that. But that only made him more curious. The human he met didn't look dangerous at all!

A red figure snapped him out of his thoughts. He quietly watched him walk by, until he stopped. "I know you're there, aru," said Yao, turning to look at the tree. Ivan, being caught, slowly came out of his hiding place and towards Yao.

"Eheh, sorry~!" Ivan cutely responded, rubbing the back if his neck.

"Why were you watching me?" Yao asked, crossing his arms and waiting for his answer.

Ivan answered his question with a question. "Is it wrong to be curious?"

"I-- well, no..." Yao pulls on his rather long sleeves. "But it's creepy!" Ivan merely smiled.

"Have you ever went one week without coming here?" He asked, changing the subject. "No," answered Yao. "I haven't, aru." With this he starts walking away. Ivan follows.

"But aren't you ever too busy?"

"I am never too busy to see my brother."

"I see..." Ivan's curiosity perked up again. "Why not?"

Yao looks at his sleeves and pulls on them again. "None of your business." Ivan pouts in disappointment and stays silent for a while, until they hear a grumbling noise. Upon hearing the sound, they stopped walking. "Aiyah!" Yao exclaimed. "Was that you, aru?" Ivan blushes in embarrassment.

"Eheh, I'm just really hungry..." Ivan didn't eat that much that week, which ended up making him feel pretty starved. Yao shook his head. "You must eat something!"

'I could eat you this second.' He thought. He shook the bad thought away. Gosh, he was so hungry his mind was thinking on it's own.

"Oh!" Yao suddenly exclaimed, which startled Ivan quite a bit. "Do you think you can wait at that tree that you were in earlier? Until I come back, aru?" Ivan pretended to think for a while. "Yes, I can." Yao's eyes shined. "Then I'll see you later!" He ran through the path, full speed.

'I wonder what that was about...' Ivan walked back to the tree. He sat there and waited a good few minutes, and fell asleep.

Ivan awoke to a voice calling out his name. "Ivan Braginsky, Ivan Braginsky..." When he opened his eyes, he saw honey golden brown eyes rather close to his violet ones. He jumped a bit, then calmed down remembering it was Yao. "You can call me Ivan, you know."

"Ah, sorry..." He moved back. Ivan suddenly smelled something delicious. "What's that smell?" Asked Ivan, sniffing the air. Yao smiled. "Well, when I got to my brother's house, I asked if I can cook something. When I finished, I came back here." He explained. "I don't like the thought of someone starving." Yao held a little box in his hands. He, then, gave it to Ivan.

Ivan was confused. He opened it and saw some foods he had never seen before. "That is called siomai, aru," Said Yao, pointing to the food. Ivan picked one up with his hands, smelled it, and looked at Yao. He looked back at the food. He hesitantly put it in his mouth.

His eyes beamed as he chewed. He ate the others rather quickly. Yao laughed as he saw how hungry he really was. After finishing, Yao asked "Do you like it?" Ivan nodded happily, his tail violently batting upon the ground. Yao smiled and took back the empty box. "I must be off, then. Goodbye, Ivan." He stood up and runs out of the forest. Ivan waved goodbye and sat there for a few minutes. He felt a bit lonely.

'I hope I get to see him again...'

Ehhh this chapter was even more stupid than the last one =_=

Also, I had no idea how you spelled siomai, so I used how the Filipinos spelled it. It's really good *Q*
