After Yao had left, Ivan went back to the place with the flowers. He walked about, observing the wild flowers. He wondered why Yao looked at them with such interest. They were just flowers, after all. Well, he had to admit they were pretty and vibrant. Without him knowing, he had smiled just a bit by looking at them.

"Ivan," said an unfamiliar voice. With his guard on, he looked around. "Ivan," it repeated. He was getting annoyed.

"Who is there?" He asked with a growl. Then, he saw a green sparkle fly towards him. When it got close enough, he could see that it had a tiny human-like body and green sparkly wings. It had blonde hair and what seemed like extremely thick eyebrows. It wore green clothing from what looked like leaves. It crossed its arms.

"You were talking to that human with such a sweet voice and you growl at me," it looked away. "How rude,"

"What are you?" asked a shocked Ivan. He had never seen anything like this before.

"I am Arthur. I am a woodland fairy, and I have come to warn you about that human," Arthur explained.

Warn him? Why would he warn him about Yao? He didn't look like a bad person. "What do you mean 'warn me about that human'?" asked he.

"You don't know?" He exclaimed, bewildered. "Humans are dangerous! He might try something on you,"

"He doesn't look like he could do that," said Ivan with a bored look. "It would be like a squirrel trying to fight a bear,"

"But humans can be unpredictable!" He angrily retorted. "You should stay away from him,"

"Oi, oi," another voice said. A blue sparkle flew toward them. It also had a human-like body and wings, but they were blue. He had much shinier blonde hair than the other fairy, and his hair was long and wavy, too. He wore the same clothing as Arthur.

"Ugh, what do you want, Frog?" Arthur said to the other fairy. It was obvious he didn't like him a lot.

"Ahem, my name is Francis, mon ami," he winked. "And Arthur, maybe this human is good! I know about that experience you had with one human, but maybe not all humans are bad. Though, I still don't think what the human you met did was wrong,"

Arthur glared at him. "Do NOT bring him up," he looked back at Ivan. "But, I tell you, you should be careful. You don't know his true intentions," he turned around and flew away.

"I'm sorry about him," said Francis. "Something happened between him and a human some time ago. It looks like he still hasn't gotten over it,"

"Ah, I see," He nodded. Francis bid farewell to him and flew off after Arthur.

Ivan sat down by a tree. 'Yao's true intentions?' He thought. 'What could they be?' The thought played in his mind over and over until he dozed off.

When he had awoken, it was slightly before sunrise. He sighed, got up and stretched. His stomach started growling, as if it was telling him to go eat something.

'I guess I should go get something to eat before Yao gets here,' he thought. 'It won't be a good idea to let him see me kill an animal, now would it?' And with that, he was off.

A few minutes later, he had found a plump rabbit. It was innocently hopping around without objective. It was oblivious of his presence, of his hunger. Then, he dashes out of his hiding place and runs to get his prey. It heard this, and started hopping as fast as it could in an attempt of getting away. Unfortunately, it failed to do so. Ivan had successfully hunted down the rabbit, his breakfast.
