*Meghan's POV*

We got a room with an amazing view. We are now out of Florida and in Alabama at the Staybridge Suites Gulf Shores hotel. We have 9 days, including today, until Comic Con!

We are going to go to the beach before we drive a long ways. Meredith is downstairs eating breakfast, and I am packing my stuff up.

I go downstairs and find Meredith. She is eating a bagel and drinking coffee. I find the table of food. It smells like cinnamon and coffee.

I get a plate and head to the sweets. I get a blueberry muffin and an orange. I set my plate down at the table with Meredith and then get a coffee. I put lots of sugar and creamer in it.

"Holy cow, that water's coooold!!" I say when the water splashes onto the shore and hits my feet. I run back, farther up the shore. I see Meredith bobbing deeper into the water.

I take a deep breath and then race down the shore and straight into the water. I am wearing a black bikini with a turquoise bow on it, and Meredith is wearing a black and white chevron bikini with a pink bow on it.

We float around for a while and then get out of the water.

"I'm going to tan," I tell Meredith as I lay out my teal and lime striped towel.

"Alright. I am going to go back to the hotel and take a shower," Meredith tells me. She gathers her stuff and walks across the steet to our hotel.

I put in my headphones. "Rock Me" by One Direction is playing.
