ANOTHER SMUT WARNING FOR THIS CHAPTER, YOU WILL BE WARNED AS IT COMES AND GOES.

Liam, Harry, and I had made our way back to camp; meanwhile the sky began to darken and stars seemed to start popping up out of nowhere by the second.

We'd retrieved the news for the rest of the group, Perrie and Louis beginning to start the fire for dinner tonight, where we'll all sit around and celebrate staying alive another day.

Josh lingers more in my mind than ever as I sit in the trunk of the jeep and watch as the camp begins to quiet and settle just a bit more, along with the darkening sky.

Zayn, Jade, and Jackson had gone fishing and hunting earlier, gathering many squirrels, rabbits, and small fish for us to cook tonight.

For once we'd been off right, at least eating good for a night that we're out on our own.

My seat next to Niall is warm, opposite side of the wind; pushing all of the smoke and fumes from the fire off to whoever's unlucky soul sits there.

"Where now?" Niall speaks up, asking the group where we should all go next; bringing up his point from earlier back in the jeep.

"What do you mean? We're perfectly fine here." Emily tells Niall, a hint of sass lingers on her tongue long enough for us to notice.

The realization had begun to hit me that every single face around the fire was a different one than it was before the apocalypse had started. Every single person around the fire was a totally different person rather than before the apocalypse started.

But Emily's facial and physical change wasn't one that I seem to be fond of.

Steven's hand moves up to the side of his face eerily and his gaze strays to Emily's where she sits across from him.

"You don't actually think that... do you?" He murmurs, mimicking the sass she'd given Niall before.

"Look at us! We're good here." Zayn pipes in, obviously agreeing with Emily on this one.

"Yeah, for now." I tease, suspensefully leading them on, "Until a herd of walkers or madmen come through." I toy with my necklace, biting on the end of it with my teeth.

"I'd say London." Jackson chips in just as Zayn had, ignoring the argument and continuing to Niall's point.

"He's got a good point." Carly agrees, smiling at Jackson cutely.

"Anybody actually know where we are?" Harry asks, not looking away from the crackling fire in front of us.

"Somewhere near Hampshire." Louis answers Harry, playing with the dirt beside the boy he'd replied to, his accent thick and crackly tonight. "Saw a sign just a few miles back."

"We leave tomorrow? Not too long before sunrise?" I question, not trying to sound too much like the leader.

Everyone agrees, talking about different scenarios and stories they've come across or seen in their lifetimes; apocalyptic or not; however those stories were never my favorite anymore.

Not after too long I was already yawning, telling everyone I think it's time I should get to bed; so I could wake up early.

"I got first watch." I hear Carly announce as I walk away toward the barn, already dreaming of finally getting cozy in that green tent of mine.

Not even five minutes after I'd announced I was going to sleep; my eyes shut and between the stage of awake and asleep, I could faintly hear the zipper of my tent being zipped around carefully and slowly.
