"Ok, you guys, you can go and get a drink of water. Good job today, especially you, Jayde," Wally, the cameraman said, giving me a wink and a thumbs up. By now, my hair had almost returned to its wavy state, as in the shoot, fans were blowing my hair everywhere. We were required to take many photos standing and sitting on the wooden boxes. It took us about an hour to be able to collect a few good shots that we would release worldwide for the Burberry campaign. I had to get several touch ups by Stephanie throughout the hour shoot, where she would re-straighten parts of my hair and touch up my makeup. To know that we were finally done, I was relieved. I never knew a professional modelling job would be so hard! I reminded myself that this was only my first day with Burberry, and I still had two more months to go.

I reached down to get my Adidas water bottle. Romeo sat next to me, on the wooden blocks outside the photoshoot area. It was quiet between us, as we were sipping large gulps of water. Ronnie clicked his way across to us on his polished leather shoes, tapping Romeo and whispering something in his ear. Romeo instantly nodded, and grabbed my free hand.

"What are you doing?" I questioned, as he pulled me out of the door.

"My mum's waiting for us outside. C'mon! I'll lead you through the back entrance." Romeo held onto my hand tightly, as if he never wanted to let go. I felt a weird tingle go up my arm; it was as if I was enjoying Romeo's company. Stop it Jayde, I told myself. You're only here for a few more months, don't get too attached.

We ran a short way towards the back entrance, where Romeo successfully undid the lock with one hand. We were met with cold air and a strong wind, to my dismay. Romeo scanned the almost empty carpark, looking for Victoria's cherry red Lamborghini. He found it sitting on the right side of the carpark. He dragged me along with him, tapping gently on the car window. The window scrolled down, and we were greeted by a smiling Thiago.

"Hello you two! Get in the back okay?" Thiago greeted us, with his thick Parisian accent. Romeo opened the car door, letting me in the car first. What a gentleman. Victoria turned around from the front seat and placed her large sunglasses on top of her forehead.

"So how did you go?" she said, smiling. She's done an awful lot of smiling in the past week I've been here. But once she sees the media and the press, she yet again puts on the resting bitch face.

"I mean, it was good," I answered timidly. "Like, I'm not even sure that I did well, but at least it was..."

"What do you mean you're not sure you did well? You were great! The best person I've ever worked with anyway," Romeo butted in, his hand on my thigh. Straight after what Romeo said, he was pink and flustered, and quite embarrassed. His hand was still placed on my thigh, and I instantly felt... I'm not even sure how to phrase it. Well, let's just say, I felt happy.

Maybe, just maybe...

Maybe I like this Beckham kid.
