Jace POV

"Hello, Principal Strickland of **** Highschool."
"Hello, Mrs. Strickland, this is Jace Wolf." I reply, playing with the hem of my sleeve.
"Oh! Mr. Wolf! I'm so sorry about what happened earlier. I gave the students a firm reprimand. I am also taking action against the student who did. . .that to you. Bullying is unforgivable. I hope that you will still talk with the students but if not I will fully understand." She informs me.
"Don't worry, I will still talk with them, b-"
"That is wonderful! I will inform the staff." She interrupts.
"But!" I cut in.
"But?" She asks.
"The reason I called you today is to request for a substitute tomorrow." I explain.
"A sub? May I ask why? For what happened today?" She questions.
"Partly. I also think it may help the situation settle in with the students. I will talk with them whenever you want on Monday or whatever day you see fit." I explain to her.
"Okay, I see your point. After all the stress I think a few days off won't be to bad. Monday is the day I had planned for the meeting. I believe it'll be best to have it in the morning this time. In the mean time, I will get someone to substitute for you." She replies politely.
"Thank you and sorry for all the trouble." I apologise.
"It's okay. Have a good weekend, Mr. Wolf." She replies.
"You too. Bye." With that we conclude the call. I slip my phone into my pocket with a sigh. That's done. I feel arms snake around my waist as Luke hugs me from behind.
"What ya up to, Babe?" He asks, his breath tickling my ear. I turn my head towards him with a smile.
"I just called into work. I asked for a substitute tomorrow." I tell him, placing my hands on his.
"Really? Are you okay?" He asks.
"Yeah. I just need some time to recollect. The past few days have been a bit hectic." I explain, giving him a reassuring smile. Then I give him a peck on the lips. He smiles, resting his head on my shoulder. He stares ahead thinking.
"Then how about we go out to eat Saturday?" He asks.
"That sounds wonderful." I reply smiling. He smiles back.
"Great! Sounds like a plan. I wish I could stay home with you tomorrow, but I've got work." He says with a small pout.
"I get to stay in pyjamas all day tomorrow!" I brag teasingly.
"Very funny." He replies. He starts to let go of me, but his fingers stay at my sides as he begins to tickle me. "Who's laughing now?" He ask teasingly.
"No! Luke!" I squeak as I try to get away. Somehow I slip out of his reach and make a run for it away from him. I run down the hall, getting into the bedroom just as he gets a hold of me. "No!" I yell as he picks me up, throwing me over his shoulder.
"Ah-ha! I have caught my prey!" He says chuckling.
"Luke!" I whine. "Please put me down."
"Hmm. Okay, I'll let you down." He says and he gently tosses me onto the bed. I bounce a bit as my back hits the soft comforter. Luke goes down with me, holding himself over me. He leans down giving me a kiss. He pulls away slightly. "How about we start your weekend with a 'bang'?" He asks, smirking as he leans back down to kiss me.
((Time Skip to Saturday!)) A/N: Ha! Ha! No smut for you (at least not yet)!
I sigh as I lay on the couch, holding a notebook over my head. "As you know there has been a rumor going around about a photo that had two guys kissing. The rumor is that I'm the one in the photo and that I am gay. I am here to tell you that, yes, I am in fact homosexual. . ." I read off. I'm not gonna be able to say it that easily. I reread it. "... I am here to tell you that, yes, I am in fact homosexual. . ."
Then what do I say? I'm suppose to reassure them. "Don't worry just because I'm homosexual doesn't make me a pedophile. Homosexuals are people who are interested in the same gender, not little boys. Wait, that's not too bad." I sit up, placing the notebook against my knees. You don't have to worry about anything; I'm not interested in children. Homosexuality means that a person is interested in the same gender as them; it doesn't make them interested in anything that has the same genitals as them. I lay back holding the notebook out to reread again. "As you–"
"I'm home!" Luke yells and I hear the door open and shut. I sit up, tossing the notebook aside. I get up heading towards the door.
"Welcome back." I greet him. He smiles when he sees me.
"Hey. What were you up too?" He asks, pulling the pencil out from where I had it tucked in by my ear.
"Just writing what I'm going to say Monday." I tell him.
"Jace, you're suppose to to relax on the weekends, not think about the things you're suppose to be taking a break from." He says, giving me a look.
"I know, but I knew that you'd improve my mood." I tell him, giving him a peck on the lips.
"Aw, how sweet." He says grinning. "Shall we get ready to go out? I need to get a shower." He asks.
"Yes, but I already got my shower so you're alone on that. I just threw this on because I didn't know where we were going." I explain.
"I thought we could just go out somewhere. Not like a date, but just going out. Hanging out and spending time together. Does that sound good?" He asks. I nod.
"Spending time together sounds great." I agree.
"Good. Now, I'm gonna go get my shower. Wanna pick me something to wear while you get dressed?" He asks.
"You got it, Babe." I say, giving him a kiss on the cheek and heading to the bedroom. I pick out blue jeans and a mint green plaid, button up shirt. I choose an A Day To Remember T-shirt and black jeans. I know; not a very teacher-like outfit, but I'm not being a teacher right now. I'm just Jace Wolf, not Mr. Wolf. I go into the bathroom just as Luke opens the shower door. That's a nice view. I hold up the clothes.
"I've got your clothes. They look fine?" I ask. He smiles
"Yeah, looks great and so do you. Want to help me dry off?" He flirts. Grinning, I give him a once over.
"From the looks of it, your a big boy and can dry yourself off." I shoot back, setting his clothes on the counter. I wipe a hand across the mirror to clear off the fog so I can see myself. Ma (Mary) would kill me for doing that. But what she doesn't know won't kill her. I brush out the tangles. Just as I set the brush down, content with my hair, Luke comes up to me, just a towel wrapped around his waist, and ruffles my hair, messing it all up. "Luke! Not funny!" I whine. He just keeps laughing. I slap him in the gut. He grips his stomach, quelling his laughter.
"Ouch, Mr. Butterfly! That hurt!" He jokes.
"Oh! Shut up!" I say, fighting a smile. I do a quick fix to my hair. "Just finish getting dressed." I say, poking him in the side. He laughs.
"Okay. Be out in a few." He replies, still chuckling. When he comes out we get going. It was a great contrast from how Thursday was and it really revived me for Monday.
