Jace's POV

*Six Months After Last Chapter* (Sorry for the extreme time skip)

"Jace, just breath." Janet says rubbing my shoulders reassuringly. Then she adjust my suit. It's black with a subtle silver vest and bow-tie, which she also adjusts. I nod and take a few calming breaths. It's happening!  It's been almost seven months since Luke and I were engaged  and now it's finally happening, the wedding. I think I might be panicking even though I thought I wouldn't. I kneel down and run a hand through my hair, dislodging the silver flower crown -Sarah's idea- from it's place.

I reach a trembling hand for it only for a different, familiar hand to take it first. I look up and lose my breath. Luke looks- looks gorgeous. His suit is a creamy white with a subtle gold vest and tie that complements his skin tone so perfectly. He too has a flower crown like mine except in gold to match is suit. When he helps me up I notice that Nat had pinned him down too to put a little makeup on him. Nothing extreme, mostly to bring out his eyes. It worked and I feel almost ensnared in his gorgeous green eyes.

"Wow..." He whispers watching me with just as much awe as I probably have for him. I giggle causing him to smile. He places the crown on my head and carefully wipes the panic induced tear away. "Jace..." He whispers. It's been 24 hours since I've last saw him, both having decided it'd be a nice tradition to follow. It's been years since we were apart so long even when fighting. It felt so lonely and incomplete without him within arm reach. Janet said that was exactly why they followed the tradition too. It shows how much the person matters to you when your apart. I missed him so much it's almost pathetic, but I'm beyond caring.

"Luke..." I whisper in response. I want to give him a kiss and the way he glances at my lips tells me he wants the same, but we also agreed to wait on that as well.

"Hey, Babe." He says softly. "Nat said you were panicking." He says. I laugh.

"Me panic? Never." I say sarcastically causing him to laugh.

"I know. I had to come see it with my own eyes." He replies just as sarcastic. "What's got you so rattled, Jace?" He asks returning us to the problem on hand. I intertwine our hands watching as I do so.

"I just can't believe it's finally happening." I say softly. He smiles and caresses my cheek.

"Yeah..." He breaths. "It really is." He sounds just as surprised as me. "The day I realized I was gay I thought marriage wasn't a part of my future, but then I met you and I really really wanted it to be." I look at him in surprise. He'd never told me that before. He gives me a gentle smile before kissing my forehead. "Let's go." He says taking his free hand in mine. "We've got a dream to make reality."  I nod and follow him.

We decided, since the weather is nice, to have an outside wedding. Though we'd planned on not having a ceremony at all, just like a civil wedding or something, but everyone wanted a ceremony. My moms, Luke's moms, our friends, and especially my class. The second they found out we weren't planning a ceremony the would not stop begging us to. After a few discussions we decided to humor them. I'm kind of glad we did.

Luke, I, and our wedding party line up behind two giant flower walls. I peek out to see two groups of white chairs filled with our family and friends. The chairs are decorated with twirled tree limbs and leaves and silver and gold flowers. From the entrance of the flower wall is a red carpet that leads down the isle to a white arch with leaves and flowers intertwined on it.

Music starts causing my heart to jump. First to go are Jonah and Nat. Jonah in a simple tux with a gold flower tucked in his lapel. Nat has a knee length silver halter dress and black high heels. She curled her hair and tucked a strand of it back with a silver flower. They link arms and go smiling down the isle.
