Chapter 5

It's been awhile since I told Kaden all about it, but he didn't seem to care. It's been a few days since I talked to Kaden. I decided to call him today, but maybe I shouldn't.

Kaden- Hello?

Addie- Hey

Kaden- Hey

Addie- So I was just wondering why you have been ignoring me?

Kaden- I've been busy!

Addie- Oh ok then.

Kaden- Yeah I meant to call you, but I got so busy.

Addie- Don't worry about it I've been with my dad, so that has pulled my attention away from you.

Kaden- Why are you mad? *In the background* Kaden hurry up.

Addie- Who the hell is that? Are you cheating on me?

Kaden- It's Katie and no I'm not. *Background* Kaden seriously hurry the fuck up, I'm waiting we need to go to supper. Or our reservations will be given away to someone else.

Addie- Seriously you're lying to me! You know what Kaden don't bothering explaining we are done.

After I ended the call I threw my phone on my bed and ran downstairs crying. My mom was in the kitchen making supper and my dad was in the man cave with some of his buddies. My mom turned around and asked me what was wrong.

Addie- Kaden and I broke up. He was going out with another girl.

Momma- Honey I'm sorry you deserve more than him.

Addie- That's what everyone told me, but I ignored everyone. Now I know that they were right and i was wrong.

Momma- Your dad  is out in the man cave if you want to go out there.

Addie- Ok thanks mom.

I wiped my eyes and headed towards the man cave, it's a separate building. I walked in there and I saw my dad in there. My dad introduced me to a guy named Cory Evans. I knew his dad and mom Steve Evans and Mckenzie Evans. I was talking to Cory and he was going to be a senior which is cool because I'm a year younger. We all decided to play a game of pool so it was Cory, my dad and I on a team v.s. Mckenzie, Steve, and Ally. Ally is Corey's sister. My team beat the other team I am really good at pool. After we got done . I said "yeah and I will talk to my mom." After that i gave my dad a hug and went back inside. I plopped down on the couch and here comes all of my dad's friends. Corey came and sat by me we started talking and then he gave me his number. I don't want to rush into another relationship I just broke up with Kaden. I mean he is really nice and he's a bull rider. Hot damn he's got muscles!! He saw me staring and flexed I just laughed.
Corey- Haha I'm guessing your ex didn't have big muscles!
Addie- No and he wasn't a bull rider! I said with a smirk on my face.
Corey- Yeah well my ex girlfriend was a buckle bunny and decided to cheat on me.
Addie- Seriously, who was your ex girlfriend? That's how my ex and I broke up!
Corey- Her name is Nicole Jennings.
Addie- Seriously? I know her, well we competed against each other and I beat her. She was nice to me and we started talking to each other.
Corey- Yeah she told me about you and then I started watching you! I am surprised on how good you are! Not most people can beat her.
Addie- Lol yeah I started watching you too and I was amazed by you!
After awhile we all sat at the dining table and ate supper. It was no surprise that Ava called and said she was going to her boyfriend's house. It seriously pisses me off that she can't stay home with us. But yet she can annoy me too! I guess that's what happens when you are twins! I decided to go out and start a little fire. Everyone calls me the fire wizard, it's probably true lol!! We all sat by the fire and talked for awhile. It was around 2 in the morning when I crashed out on the couch.
~The Next Morning~
I walked into the kitchen from the living room. My mom and dad were in talking about a rodeo coming up in a week.
Dad- Hey bud
Addie- Hey dad!
Dad- How was sleeping on the couch last night?
Addie- It was ok I'm a little sore.
Dad- Yeah I bet. So your sister Bailey wants to know if you could help train her horse on barrels.
Addie- Yeah I can, I will call her in a bit.
After breakfast I walked to my room searching for my jeans. Then I remember my sister borrowed them. They were my favorite pair of jeans so I can't lose them. I walked into her room only to see the worst thing ever.
Addie- Ava what the hell!
Ava- Its not what you think. As she sat up with the sheets wrapped around her.
Addie- Why the hell are you sleeping with Kaden. He's my ex boyfriend and we just broke up. You're such a fucking slut!
Ava- Seriously you're calling me that! You were talking to another guy last night.
Addie- Yeah, but I wasn't having sex with my sister's ex boyfriend. I need my jeans.
After I got dressed I walked downstairs and saw my sister.
Addie- You ready to go?
Bailey- Yeah. What's stuck up your ass?
Addie- Ava is sleeping with my ex boyfriend so I'm kind of pissed.
