Chapter 11

It was Thursday which meant the first day of school. I woke up to a text from Corey.

~Text Messages~ 

Corey- Good morning beautiful! I will see you at school love you!

I smiled at his text and got ready for school. I walked downstairs and ate breakfast, but before I could leave my mom had to take pictures of us. I grabbed my blue lanyard with my keys on it and drove off to school. My sister was getting a ride from her friend Bianca. She literally hates me and I have no idea why, but oh well I guess. I pulled into the school parking lot and turned my car off. I was sitting in my car when I heard someone knocking on my window I looked up and it was Corey. I smiled up at him and got out of my car. He placed his hand in mine and we walked to our first class. It was going to be an awesome year because we were in a lot of classes together. We walked into Mrs. Harland's class witch she hates me but loves Corey. She stared at me I walked by and said Good Morning she kept staring at me. Corey and I took our seats we sat next to each other. She was going over her rules and I was looking at the paper. Then she yelled at me for no reason like what the hell?

Mrs.Harland- Addie if you can't handle sitting there then you can move across the room.

Addie- I didn't say a damn word. 

Mrs.Harland- Then finish reading the rules or go to the principles.

Addie- Ok 

I started reading the rules until she interrupted me. I was about ready to kill her. Corey looked at me and then looked away. I just glared at Mrs. Harland. 

Mrs.Harland- Addie go to the principles

Addie- Okie- doke fine by me I walked out of the classroom and saw that Corey was pissed. I thought to myself I wasn't doing anything so why is he mad. Oh my what a great start I walked into the office to see Mr.G sitting at his desk. He looked up at me. He liked me because he knew Mrs.Harland hated me.

Mr.G- Good Morning Addie

Addie- Good morning Mr.G 

Mr.G So what brings you in today?

Addie- Mrs.Harland kicked me out because I was doing what she told me to do and accused me of talking when I didn't say a word.

Mr.G- For now on you can come on my office during her class. 

Addie- Ok. The bell rang and I was headed to Mr. Sweeny's class he's the Ag teacher. I sat by Sara my best friend then Corey came and sat beside me. He looked at me then turned away. 

Addie- What's your fucking problem?

Corey- Seriously you were being rude to Mrs.Harland

Addie- Seriously Corey no I wasn't I was sitting there looking at her rules. Ashley and Ben were talking not me.

Corey- Ok

Addie- We still going to lunch together?

Corey- Yeah 

Mr. Sweeny walked in and started talking. We got done with his rules so we had time to talk among ourselves. I turned and started talking to Sara. I heard Corey talking to Amanda I just rolled my eyes. I felt tears coming down my face so I asked if I could use the restroom. I ran to the bathroom and dried my eyes I got a text from Corey saying that we need to talk at lunch. Great my Junior year is a blast so far. 

~Lunch Time~ 

Lunch time rolled around and I walked to my locker to put my stuff in it. I shut my locker and turned around to see Corey waiting for me. We walked out to his pickup and went to a fast food restaurant. I was sitting very quietly and Corey finally said something to me.

Corey- So Sara told me you started to cry during Ag today. 

Addie- Yeah well it's been a rough day so far.

Corey- Honey I'm sorry I didn't believe you and that I made you cry. 

Addie- It's fine.

Corey- Ok let's go have a better afternoon. 

We got back to the school Corey grabbed my hand and we walked into school. We walked into our math class which is Mr. Harland's class, he's Mrs. Harlands husband. I walked in there and sat down. Corey sat across the room with his buddy Tanner. I sat close to Nicole we have been hanging out lately and I sure do miss our rodeoing together. We were going through his classroom rules when his wife came and interrupted our class. She was glaring at me and told him that I was going to be a problem. But he just shook his head and said no I won't. I just smirked at her and she left. The bell rang and we went to our 7th period class which is study hall. I sat close to the door and Corey sat behind me. I had Mrs.Heart which she really likes me. She went to school with my momma. So we went over her rules and then we had time to talk so I was texting Ava and Corey kept poking my sides which is my ticklish spot. 

Addie- Corey James stop. I said as I was laughing my ass off. Corey just kept laughing. The bell finally rang and it was the last period of the day. Which I had my anatomy class I really want to be come a horse chiropractor when I graduate. Corey had a different class which separated us for 50 minutes. That was good though then we wouldn't kill each other by the end of the day. Mr. Hollenbeck was my teacher for that. He was a really funny teacher. We got everything done for his class so we had time to talk or in my case text some people. Ava was texting me then I got a snapchat from Corey. It was him in his shop class, I chuckled to myself and said "you big dork". He opened it and didn't reply. I thought to myself how that was weird he never replied but oh well. I was interrupted by the bell to go home finally rang. I was excited to go home Ava meet me by my car I was going to get in my car when I felt someone grab my waist and pull me backwards. I just laughed and turned around to see Corey smiling. He kissed me goodbye and went to work. I was driving home and listening to some music until Ava interrupted my peace.

Ava- Addie you ok?

Addie- Yeah why?

Ava- I don't know you just looked upset.

Addie- No I'm just tired 

Ava- Haha ok

I pulled into my driveway to see Corey's pickup there. I honestly don't know how he got here so fast. We hung out for a while and then he left.
