Heeyyyy readers

I am sorry i was not updating...

A tragedy hit my family unexpectedly on 14th feb...my nanu left this world. Therefore i was absent from the platform...and informed the same on message board.

But I am back.

Working on the next chapter of An Inconvenient Flame, but I’ll be honest.

I’m getting a bit stuck on the flow of the intimacy in this scene...moving from one action to the next is taking some time to get right, so I keep pausing...

But don't worry, I’m working through it!

Plus, I’m finally starting to cover my study backlogs, so things are moving.

But I have a surprise for you all...yesterday, while I was listening to songs and trying to figure out how to move forward with the main story, a brand-new idea struck me.

It was too good to let go, so I poured all that intensity into a story.

It’s turned into a massive one-shot (around 24k words, maybe more!) with a slightly different trope than usual.

I’m about 60% done and I’ll likely post the whole thing or a 3-shot by tomorrow or day after.

As for Inconvenient Flame, I’m trying hard. The later part of the chapter is already decided, it’s just this middle section that’s giving me a hard time. Thank you for being so patient with me.

Love you all!

And the new oneshot 😁😁😅

I hope you'll like...👇

Prologue:

They say time heals all wounds, but for Anagha, time has only turned her grief into a habit.

At 35, Anagha has built a life that looks perfect on paper. A successful career in data analytics, a deep passion for history, and a beautiful daughter, Lara. To the outside world, she is the picture of composure.

But inside, she is a ghost in her own home.

Six years ago, she walked away from Viraj Singha.

A 38 year old, high-powered Investment Strategist and partner at a top firm, Viraj was never the "villain" of her story. He was a provider, a protector, and a partner who shared every responsibility.

Their three-year marriage was quiet, respectful, and functional. But it was a house without a fire. He was a man who remained a stranger even in their most intimate moments, leaving Anagha to navigate a longing that was never satisfied.

Now, she moves through a city that never sleeps, carrying the secret weight of a love that was never fully hers. In the patterns of her data and the silence of her apartment, Anagha is beginning to realize: some ghosts don't haunt houses. They haunt the people left behind.
