Jade’s POV:
When I woke up the next morning everything felt so surreal. I had a smile that I had never seen in my face before. It was that kind of smile that showed off the joy I couldn’t contain from within me, even if I tried. So much that I could feel my cheeks starting to hurt a little. This was an unknown feeling to me. Yes I am a happy person and I smile quite often but this was definitely something new. After my last class Blair and I went to our favorite coffee shop that was close from our university. “So are you finally going to tell me, how did it go?” she ask as we wait in line for our latte’s. “His wonderful” I replied back.
“His wonderful… really that’s it?” as her face paused for a few seconds at my short answer.
“Well honey I want details? Come on!” she insists.
“Well no there is more to that. He is just a wonderful guy and he is not what I expected him to be. I mean you know. He surprised me in a lot of ways and when he said it would feel like Paris it really did. I wish you would have seen the kind of dinner we went on a French Restaurant with Parisian feel. And then…” I stopped as caught myself to almost revealing everything else.
“And then? Then what Jade?” a smile bloomed in her face and you could see she was so excited she could die right there if I didn’t tell her.
“That I don’t kiss and tell Blair” I look at her dead in the eyes and smile.
“Oh no way, you totally did! You two kissed. You little wh” Blaire stopped herself as our lattes were given to us.
“So what’s going to happen now? Omg your dating Harry Styles!” she shrieks.
“Shh… No one can know anything okay. I really want this to be discreet about this whole thing. And I don’t want to freak him out, so no one can know about Harry yet at least in those terms.” I begged Blaire to keep it on the down low. She shook her head in agreement as we both smile at the new events that were now surrounding us.
When I looked at my cell phone and I read today’s date and I realized that it was Harry’s birthday. I immediately had an idea, and thought it would be nice to surprise him and make something special on his day. I’m sure he has to know his birthday is today but I wonder if he ever does something special on his day or if it’s just another day that goes by in his own world. So as soon as I was done with my latte and left I went to the nearest grocery store and decided to get my baking skills out.
Harry’s POV:
Wow the next day when I woke up I felt like I had done something right for the first for a while when it comes to my heart and the first thing I did was text Jade that I couldn’t wait to see her later on in the day. I know she was busy with her classes, and so on. I called the lads up to see what they were doing but most of them were with their girlfriends. So I called Niall up and well even though Niall is still the only one single well besides me still I needed a little man advice one on one. I know I tend to mess things up but Niall was the kind of guy I wanted to become more like. He was never really chasing after girls, he seemed to have it all figured out but at the same time I wanted to really know how not to mess this up.
“Hey Niall, what’s up mate?” as I hear Niall pick up his phone.
“Hey Harry” he says all happy yet his voice a little hoarse and laughing in the background.
“So how’s Mullingar? Have you drunk the whole pint yeah mate?” I ask him as I sit back and turn the volume down from my TV.
“It’s great! Nah I still have some left for you, birthday boy!” he says cheering me on.
