Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto.

A cloud of chalk dust clouded my vision as I started laughing. Kakashi stood in front of me with a chalkboard eraser sitting atop his head. His eyes narrowed in annoyance for a second before turning to look at his students. Naruto was laughing and Sakura was trying desperately to apologize for his behavior.

"My first impression of you... I don't like you." He said in a monotone voice. I pouted.

"Even me?" I asked while faking tears and putting my hand over my heart In a dramatic manner. Kakashi sweat-dropped and ignored me. Oh no, you did not just ignore me.

Before I could do anything to him he said, "Meet me up at the roof." Before fleeing the scene. Yeah that's right! Run away! I started walked no deliberately slow towards the roof, trudging my shoes against the floor as I slowly climbed the stairs. After about five minutes, I made it up to the top to find everyone looking at me with annoyed expressions. I sat down on the edge facing away from Kakashi while everyone else was facing him.

"Okay, now that everyone is here let's introduce ourselves." Kakashi said in a cheerful manner. Sakura had a look of confusion on her face and raised her hand.

"Sensei, how do we do that?" She asked with legitimate confusion. I had to resist the urge to face-palm. Even though I already watched this part of the anime, I still have doubts on her intelligence. She is supposed to be the top kunoichi in her class after all.

"Just say your likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc." He said.

"Why don't you go first?" Sakura suggested. Even though he has a mask and hitai-ate covering most of his face coupled with the fact that I'm not even looking at him, I can still guess what he was thinking. It was probably along the lines of this: Man, this pink haired banshee is really an idiot. Oh well, its not like they will pass my test. yes that is exactly what he is thinking. Despite all this, he still complied to her request.

"Ok, I have some likes and dislikes. You are too young to know about my hobbies. As for my dreams... I never really thought about it." he stated. The others just looked at him with annoyance. I continued to stare off into the distance and let my mind wander. I wonder where Akira is. I'm really worried about her. After all the introductions are done I should go look for her. She never runs off like this unless its something really important but even then she would tell me where she was going. Dread started to fill me as I though of the possible situations she could have gotten herself into. What if she got hurt somewhere? What if she was taken away by some criminal who wants to skin her and make her into a fur coat? What is she was taken by a magical sloth who needed an arctic wolf as a sacrifice for the Sloth God? oh God... That's probably what happened! I need to find her as quick as possible.

"Okay... Tai its your turn." A voice brought me out of my thoughts. I whipped my head around to find my team all looking at me expectantly. No... I can't introduce myself yet. I have to save Akira first. So, without a second thought I stood up and jumped off the roof.

"NO Akira! Don't get eaten by the Sloth God!" I screamed as I ran around the village in search of my lost wolf, leaving a very confused and surprised team behind.

I ran through the village screaming out Akira's name while whipping my head around frantically in an attempt to look everywhere at once. Suddenly an idea came to mind. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I started to grow my wings on my back as I was running. In about thirty seconds, I had my wings protruding from my back and my tail out and opened. I quickly took flight and started batting my wings frantically in an attempt to go as high as possible. Soon, I was up in the sky looking upon the entire village. The sight from up high had me dazed for a minute, just taking in all the beauty, before I remembered what I was up her for. I snapped out of my daze and  started looking around at the ground, hoping to find a patch of white that would lead me to Akira. I just hope that no one sees me up here. That would be kind of hard to explain.

I had to have been up in the sky for at least fifteen minutes. That might not seem like a long time to you but when you are constantly beating your wings and flying down to random white objects only to find that they are not what you are looking for. It gets tiring after a while. My eyes started to droop a little and my wing movements became more sluggish. Somebody has probably spotted me by now but I cant find it in me to care. I've been with Akira for a long time and if she isn't here by my side... Who is? I continued my frantic search for Akira as my movements became more sloppy and  my thoughts less coherent.

I felt myself falling. My wings didn't seem to work properly and my eyes couldn't stay open. I had one last sensible thought before I hit the ground.

Oh shit.
