"What are you reading Andy?"

"Some sort of romantic novel, since there is nothing else to do a around here."

"Um..." I said staring at him but not in a creepy kinda way.

"What is that suppose to mean?" he asked.

"Well I don't get it? Your in here for murder, but your too much of a nice guy, just like you said I was when I first got here."

"You are a nice guy. The only thing you did wrong was fuck the guy you loved, when he was still underage. Me on the other hand killed my wife out of jealously."

I shook my head. "I don't know why but I just can't see it."

"Dude, it's not based off appearance. We all ready talked about this remember I told you everything on how I got here."

"Yeah I know, it's just still impossible to see it. Out of nowhere you just killed your wife and I don't think you'd just do it, out of impulse. Throughout these two years I notice that you think before you act."

"PETE DROP IT! I killed her okay? I killed her! I did it no one else but me! It my fault I'm here, we all make mistakes. It was me and only me!" he cried.

"Sorry, dude I did mean to keep talking about the subject."

"It's fine. Just please drop it and never talk about it again."

I nodded and he went back to reading his book. I still was thinking about what Andy just said to me. When he said he didn't kill her, it sounded like he was trying to convince himself instead of me. He did tell me about how everything happened, but I still felt that there was something wrong about that story. I know he told me to stop insisting about this whole thing but I can't. I feel like he is hiding something and I need to figure out what. Maybe Dallon could help me, he's really good at his job and he could get some more information on this, then I can.

"Earth to Pete... Dude?!"

"Um. What?" I said losing forces on my thoughts.

"Are you still thinking about-"

I shook me head. "No... Of course not. I was thinking about my Pattycakes" I lied. "What did you want to ask me again?"

"I was just wondering if you wanted to go lift up some weights, before lunch hour?"

"Yeah, sounds good."
