Layla had used the alone time she had whilst the others had been clubbing wisely. She didn't sleep all night, she was reluctant to sleep any night now she knew she didn't have long left. They knew she wouldn't be able to leave the building because of the moat but they didn't think about her going upstairs, they didn't even lock the bedrooms.
Being careful not to touch anything, afraid she would leave something noticeably out of place, Layla crept up the creaking stairs that spiralled through the centre of the house. It was a very strange layout. In the landing there were lots of different doors. The first door she opened led her into a room made to looked cramped with the excessive amount of furniture. There was an untouched bed right by the far wall and a large food stained dim blue sofa unfashionable dumped right in the centre of the room in front of the large tv. The sofa still had a perfect print of Freddie's backside indented on the seat, you could make a cast from it and use it to stand up signs in. If you were weird.
The out of place sofa prevented Layla from roaming any further into the room but she did notice the large TV screen was unbelievably smashed. Wow, the surface area of a baby whale couldn't do that much damage! Then again remembering Freddie's weight, it all makes a lot more sense. Of course Layla didn't know the intensity of the anger towards the games consoles that had been desensitising him from life only the night before that was most likely to have caused the cracks. This room was just TOO MESSY.
Layla then pushed open the door beside it. This led to another bedroom. This bedroom was clearly under the ownership of Kevin you could tell by the intricately organised desk and the stacks of labelled potion-like liquids contained in scientific flasks. The small waste bin beside the desk was overflowing with scrunched up ideas on paper that weren't deemed good enough to be created but even they were systematically packed into the wire can. This room was just TOO NEAT.
Layla skipped to the third and final room flicking her Locks that just so happened to be gold.
Dracualaa's room was the largest and also the creepiest. The themes of black and red swamped the room. The delicately decorated coffin in the corner was obviously more commonly used than the large kingsize double bed on which the covers remained uncreased. Layla hadn't slept and she was tired, after spending endless nights on a cold basement floor the duvet on the bed appeared so beckoning. She promised herself she would only lay down for a second. This room was JUST RIGHT.
Soon she had given in to the bed's comfortable and bouncy charms and was fast asleep, she was drawn into a false sense of security by the draping red curtains. Oh Layla, did you not learn anything from that poor girl Goldilocks who got mauled by three bears for this exact same treachery!

Layla was woken by the sounds of giggling from outside the door and Draculaa silencing it with a gentle "Shh". The door creaked open and she could see the shadows of two figures advancing towards the bed she was laying on. In sheer panic she began to roll off the other side and under the bed the two lovers were now on. Miraculously neither had noticed her rather impressive escape or the mess she had left the covers in after the dramatic rolling actions. She was so relieved she practically melted into the jet black carpet.
She could hear the two vampires' lips pressing and creating a sickening sound she would now have to bear until her next opportunity to remove herself from the situation. The springs above her were giving way to the added weight and pushing her cheek further into the carpet, she knew there would be burns when, or if, she got up. Then a terrible thought crossed her mind. What if she had to lie here and endure the noises from above all night, what if it got... Worse.
"Oh dear God" she whispered.
"Did you hear that?" Draculaa whispered.
"No" The girl replied confused.
