Ashton: The night was dwindling down and after playing many games and avoiding Ashton as much as you could–yet each time you would even look his way you noticed he was doing doing the same to you. Majority of the group had left so you began cleaning up, knowing that Michael wouldn't do it. "Uh, Y/N can I talk to you?" Ashton came up to you as you were tossing leftover stale chips into a garbage bag. "What?" You replied, keeping your attention on the bag. "Um, like outside?" You sighed and stood up straight, "Why can't you just talk to me here?" You twisted your upper body to get a good look at him. Ashton's hopeful face drooped and he let a sigh leave his lips, "Nah, just forget it." But the question burned in your head, you desperately wanted to know what it was he wanted to talk about. You dropped the bag and lunged to grab his arm before he could walk out of your arm span, "Wait, seriously what is it? Out of all the years I've known you, you have never looked at me like that." Instead of a reply, you were pulled up the stairs, into a hallway that was dark and empty. "Why did you-" Just as the words left your mouth, Ashton's lips were on yours; your eyes opened wide. Both of your hands reached up to push him way...but for some reason that you couldn't explain, you stopped. Instead of pushing him away, your hands rested on either side of his face where you could feel a slight stubble that poked at your skin. You felt Ashton relax and you did the same. Never did you think this would happen, but as it was actually happening you were ok with it. Ashton pulled away slowly, keeping your faces close together, "Damn you don't know how long I've wanted to do that." You could feel his breath, "Why now? What took you so long?" You questioned. "I just... I don't know really." You could tell it was a tough subject and you weren't going to complain. The feeling of his lips against yours was an amazing feeling that you never wanted to not know.

Michael: Since the boys had a show later on, you had told Calum you were just going to meet them there. But he whole way there the only thing you could think of were the words Michael had told you. I just resent you for not picking me...On your way to the venue, you sat picking each word apart. It felt like a movie with a bad cliffhanger at the end that made you regret going to the movie in the first place. Not picking him, did that mean he was jealous of your relationship? So what could you do? You were fully committed to Calum and had no intention to break up with him. When you got to the venue you had to suck up enough courage to go in there and not run straight to Michael, interrogating him on what he meant. "Hey sweets," Calum greeted you with a sweet kiss to your lips . "Hi," You replied, "Is uh, Michael around? I just had to ask him a question." "What are you on speaking terms now?" Calum inquired with a light giggle. You shrugged, not wanted the secret to spill, "Uh yeah, yeah we are." "Wow that's something I didn't think would happen like ever." "Ha ha very funny," you playfully nudged his shoulder, "Seriously I have to ask him something is he around?" "Yeah he's just in the dressing room." He nodded his heard toward the direction you needed to go in. "Ok, I'll meet you there in a few." You kissed his cheek and walked off to make your way to the room. "Michael?" You knocked a couple times when opening the door. "Yeah-oh Y/N, what are you doing here?" You walked fully in the dressing room, "Look I don't know what you meant earlier when you said-" "How about we just forget it? I didn't really mean it." "So now you're just toying with someone's emotions? I had that stupid sentence in my head all day." Michael sighed heavily and ran a hand through is disheveled hair. "Y/N you are so naive." He chuckled, resting his hands on a table. "Excuse me," You crossed your arms over your chest in a defensive manor. "The only reason I act the way I do towards you is because I'm in love with you." If you were thinking anything at all, your mind had been erased and replaced with the words that left his mouth. "You're..what?" He leant up straight and faced toward you, "I'm in love with you and have been for the longest time." "But...I'm" "Yeah you're with Calum I know, I know. You're happy with him. Look I really don't want to talk about this before a show. I think you should just go..." "Michael-" You wanted to piece together words to say to him but you couldn't think of anything. "No seriously just go." A part of you wanted to stay and bite the words out if him but another part just wanted to leave things be. You knew they had a show in a bit and the last thing you wanted to do was stir up trouble so you did exactly what he told you to do.

Luke: "No, I can't do this. This is too weird." You pulled away from Luke as he tried to get you to dance with him. Your friend has seen the whole thing from a distance and when you stormed off, she was hot on your trail. "Y/N what the hell was that? Were you and Luke just dancing?!" She sounded more relieved then stunned. "I honestly couldn't even tell you." "So like what happened?" She inquired. "Well I was getting a drink and he started talking to me, I know crazy right, but it's true and ten one thing led to another and he pulled me out there. I honestly couldn't even think straight." You walked all the way to the back patio and sat on a swinging chair, your friend joining you. "Do you wanna know something?" You tilted your head. "You buys actually looked cute together." You smacked her arm and shook your head, "Oh shut up. I don't even want to think about what happened.." "You know, I have to agree with her, we would make a cute couple.." Your head shot up and you saw Luke leaning against the doorframe, "Uh, I'll just leave you two to talk." Your friend got up and practically ran back inside. "Luke I really just don't want to talk." You told in hopes he would get the memo and go away. "Well that's too bad," He remarked, walking over and joining you on the swing, "Because I want to talk." "What is there to talk about? You're just drunk and I-I just really want to go back to hating each other." You scooted all the way to the other side and began kicking your feet off the ground so the swing would move back and forth slightly. "Sorry, but that can't happen.." "And why not?" You snapped your head up to glare at him and he laughed at you. Suddenly you felt a blush creep on your cheeks. "Because I never hated you in the first place, like I told you before...before you ran away from." He finished with a chuckle. You didn't reply, instead you focused your eyes on your feet as they pushed the chair back and forth. "Y/N..." Luke scooted closer to you, gaining your attention. "Hmm..." You spoke softly. "Let me take you out sometime." "Like-like a date?" You puzzled look made him only giggle, "Yeah, like a date. And if you have a bad time then you can hate me. Sound like a deal?" You took a moment to contemplate to yourself, continuing to stare at your feet. After a few silent seconds, you lifted your head biting your lip and nodded, "Yeah, it's a deal."

Calum: By the time you got home all you wanted to do put your head in your hands and cry. You knew Calum didn't like you, but you didn't know he hated you that much to humiliate you in public. So desperately did you hope that no one saw it so that you wouldn't have to deal with the backlash of both your words and Calum's. You had trudged to your bedroom, removed your clothes and put on one of Ashton's t-shirts and a pair of your sweats. You washed your face and brush out your hair, then made your way back to the living room, figuring it was the perfect time to catch up on any show that you may have missed. Once you were settled, there was a knock at the door who you figured was just Ashton. "Coming," You called, rolling your eyes and tossing off the blanket you just covered yourself with. "Did you forget your-" You opened the door halfway, but instead of seeing Ashton, you saw Calum standing on your door mat. "What the hell do you want? I figured you got enough satisfaction out of tonight so you don't need to be here right now," You went to slam the door but his hand stopped it. "Can we talk before you slam the door in my face? I just want to explain myself." You looked around the room, working your jaw around to show your frustration. "Please?" Calum added. You rolled your eyes, "Make it quick." You opened the door for him to come in, but you only nodded your head so he got the idea. You expected him to jump right into it but he only looked around your living room. "If you're just going to stand there and not say anything then what was the point of coming by in the first place." You stood tall with your arms crossed over your chest. Calum snickered while his hands tucked away in the pockets of his jeans. He sucked in a deep breath, "For starters, I'm actually jealous." "Jealous of what?" He spun around slowly to look at you, "Of your relationship. You and him seem so happy and I never meant for it to seem like it, but I guess I just resent how happy you are with him." "So you're just jealous of my relationship...that's why you hate me?" You told him, talking with your hands. "I guess I was also afraid that Ashton would forget all about the band and leave us for you." You began shaking your head, "Calum you have to be joking, if there is anything Ashton loves more than me it's the band and you guys. And I don't mean to say that as stuck-up or that I'm mad about it, but it's true. When we're together, all he talks about is you guys and how happy he is." "And when he's with us all he talks about is you." Calum commented which made you blush. "Look Y/N I'm sorry for the way I've treated you, Ashton pretty much threatened my life tonight," He chuckled, trying to make the situation seem light. You could hear the honesty and see his sincerity radiating off into the room, you knew you couldn't hate him or even resent him. "Thank you for apologizing, but I hope you can see that I really love Ashton and I'd never do anything to hurt the band or any of you.." Calum nodded. "Yeah, I do...now. I-uh, hope we can be friends." He held out his hand and grinned; you mirrored this action and shook his hand, "Me too."
