Ashton: It was hard to believe he was just friends with any girl really, especially you couldn't believe it. Ashton had an aura about him that any time he entered a room, it would immediately light up and all eyes would be on him, especially the ladies. They seemed to watch him in awe, often times you noticed yourself doing the same in which you quickly had to shake your head out of it. "Hey Y/N, what's up?" He greeted you first, with a smile spreading from ear to ear. This made everyone turn to glare at you, their thoughts getting angry that it wasn't one of them. Ashton never realized he was doing it, making all these girls swoon over him, it always just seemed to happen around him. "Hey Ash." You smirked, making sure to lock eyes with a few of the girls who were letting their jealousy show. "So, what are you plans for the night?"
Michael: "I'm totally crushing you right now!" You giggled, hitting a question-mark box and getting a speedy mushroom for your car on Mario Kart. "No way!" Michael retaliated, followed by a bunch of no's and an exasperated sigh as you crossed the finish line before him. "Hah! What did I tell you? I definitely just beat you at your own game!" You dropped the remote and did a small victory dance. He watched with loving eyes, maybe more than he noticed he was doing. This Friday night tradition had turned into something so much more to him now that he was touring and away for so long. Now, he realized there was something so much more special about being with you and he couldn't help the feelings that had suddenly grown. However, as these feelings were growing, the only thought resonating in his mind was you convincing him that you were just friends.
Luke: "I just think it's the best thing for us right now." You finished explaining to your now, ex-boyfriend. Well for you he was the ex, but for him, he wasn't so thrilled about giving up so easily. Standing in the middle of his place, now feeling way more awkward then you did fifteen minutes ago. "That's it? You're just gonna drop me?" "I'm not dropping you." You muttered, "I still wanna be-" Luke scoffed, "Don't even insult me by saying it. This is so stupid." He talked with his hands. "No it's not stupid Luke. This is what I want. You were just going to end up dropping me anyway." You trailed off in the end, but not soon enough for Luke to hear everything. He closed the large gap between you, cupping your face to make sure your eyes stayed on his, "I could never do that to you Y/N." You sighed at his words, feeling suddenly stupid, "And I could never be just friends with you."
Calum: "Why haven't you banged her yet?" His friends asked about you—his notorious best friend—and as much as he would like to know what it would be like to have you all to himself. That was an unthinkable mention, however. "It's not like that," He told them time and time again. Yet each time those words would leave his lips, his mind would race with all those things he wished he could do to you that weren't off limits. He could never tell you in fear of ruining a dear friendship, but little did he know that deep down if the offer ever did rise, you wouldn't turn in down. Your friends were relentless in asking the same questions his friends were. Anytime you would talk to him or even bring out your phone, they would ask who you were talking to and if it was Calum. They always said it was only a matter of time before the two of you saw the sparks and they actually flew.
