Ashton: Your sniper was set in it's place, now all that was left was for the double crosser to step into the building for a staged meeting. You couldn't help but yawn seeing as you'd been at the edge of the 2nd floor for the past 5 hours, peering through the balcony railing. Finally, you head the door open, "Hello? Anybody here?" An all too familiar voice was the only thing standing between you pulling the trigger on the gun. Instead, your palms were sweating and you couldn't move, frozen in your own disbelief. Was it really Ashton? Could he really be the spy that you were sent to kill? In the little bit of time that had passed, that seemed to be the only thing running through your mind. You tried to move to the side, so you could get a better look, but in the process you accidentally knocked over your gun, ending in a loud boom as it crashed to the floor. "Who's there?" His voice was getting closer and you scrambled to pull yourself together, you had to get out of there before he knew you were here. You'd like to think of this as a bad dream as you'd go jumping out the window—and then he saw you. His own mouth becoming dry with anxiety and fear. He ran up the stairs to the second floor with you still having no idea that he knew it was you and visa versa. "Stop right there!" Just as you hid behind a pillar, he caught you. "Turn around and show me your face." His voice was stern, a side of him you've never heard before. "I said show me your face." He was speaking through gritted teeth. You shut your eyes tight, letting out a breath you didn't even know you were holding. You dropped your bag at your feet and turned around in one swift motion. "I knew it was you. You-you're an assassin? And by the looks of your gun you were going to kill me!" He was purely shocked, and to say the least as were you. "You think I planned on seeing my boyfriend as my next target?" You were getting loud, angry that there was so much hiding done in your relationship. You picked up your bag and walked toward the window. You stopped with one foot on the ledge, "Where do you think you're going? We have to talk about this!" "I'd advise you to come with me, my team will be here in 3 minutes thinking I killed you. And unless you want them-" He was then at your side, "Nope, I'm going."
Michael: There was blood dripping from your lip as you threw the last punch, forcing your most recent attacker to fall to the ground with an oomph. A smirk spread across your face as you stared down at the man, who in fact was quite larger than you and you mentally thanked your high class training for field work like this. Nice job Y/N, you said to yourself. Suddenly, taking you out of your self-victory, an arm wrapped around your neck, cutting off your air supply. "Get...off..of..me." You chocked out, wiggling and trying to pry the person's arm away from you. You quickly remembered the boots you were wearing and the slight heal on them. You lifted your foot, and as hard as you could, kicked the shin of the person behind you, making them immediately release their grasp on your neck. You lunged forward, gripping at the skin on your neck to make sure everything was still intact. The person let out a yelp and fell to the ground, clutching their shin in their hand. "Crazy bitch." You heard them mutter. You straightened yourself, wiping the blood that had now dripped down your chin. You turned around, ready to finish off the attacker. "If you think I didn't hear that than...you're-Michael?" You said is name slowly, as if to pronounce it right. Your eyes gazed over the body on the ground. "Michael?" You asked again, to see if it was true, "Are you with them?" You pointed back to the guy you were pretty sure was already dead on the cold ground. He nodded, but still didn't speak. "I swear to god Michael you better answer me. Or so help me-" "You'll what kidnap me? Kill me? I never planned on you finding out." He was struggling to get up, favoring the leg that hadn't been kicked. "You never planned on me finding out? Well I never planned on you being my next target! This is so screwed up. He's going to kill me." "Who's going to kill you?" You ran a hand through your hair, pulling at the ends. "That's not important," You shook your head, "What's important is why the hell you're a spy." He laughed evilly, "Shouldn't I be asking you the same question?" You bit your lip in frustration. "I'm sorry I kicked you." "And I'm sorry I almost choked you." You chuckled. "I guess we don't know each other as much as we thought, huh?" He told you after a few moments of awkward silence. You nodded you head, "I guess not... So what now?" He shrugged, showing the beginning of a smirk, "Maybe we should go home and see how much more we don't know about each other." You shook your head, laughing, "Hah, never thought I'd be saying that about me relationship of 2 years."
Luke: You dropped the gun at your feet, if your jaw wasn't attached to your skull it would be all the way on the floor. "L-Luke?" You couldn't find words to say. "Y/N? What are you doing?" Usually you would have shot your target right on the spot, but this, this time was completely different. You had nightmares about stuff like this, about your new boyfriend figuring out you were an assassin, given a different target every day. Every few years you'd get a new identity, told to move to a different city, but never a different purpose. The people who trained you told you that here would always be terrible people in the world who deserved to die, what you didn't expect was for that someone to end up being Luke. Your relationship was new, you both were still getting to know each other. "I-I never thought this would happen. I never wanted it to happen." Your voice was a whisper and he shook his head. Luke's hand reached out grab yours but you yanked away, not wanted him to poison your skin with lies. "Y/N please hear me out." "No, don't do this. You know what I was sent here to do. You knew." He shook his head, "No I didn't." "Don't you dare lie to me. That's why we started dating isn't it? So you could get to me first?" You felt offended, even if it wasn't true, a part of you knew that none of this was going to work out right. "No Y/N that wasn't it at all. You've got the wrong idea about all of this." He reached out to you again, but you took another step back. "This can't happen. We can't happen. I should have none from the beginning," You spoke fast and to yourself, "I-I have to go." This time it was loud enough for him to hear. Luke fastened his gun into his belt. "Y/N please." "No Luke. I'm supposed to kill you not be in a relationship with you." You grabbed your gun off the ground and tucked it into the waistband of your pants. "Y/N!" He shouted after you, watching you walk away. "No Luke, I need some space." And you walked off into the night, debating if what had just happened was real or not.
Calum: He was the first to shoot, unexpectedly, but he was nowhere to be found. You leaned over picking up the bullet that was shot into the crate. Your eyes scanned over the marks that out lined it. "Just what I thought," You said to yourself. Just as you were taking your gun out, another shot was fired, this time it hit your thigh and you screamed out in pain. Get in and get out, you repeated your instructions in your head, except you wouldn't be able to get out. This is it...you then said. They would kidnap you and you'd be done for. They would get all the secrets of the government that you worked hard to save. You scream caused a shuffling from above you and you then heard quick footsteps. You shut your eyes, tears threatening to spill, even though you were always taught to suppress your feelings, your hurt, anything that made you smile. That's why you broke up with Calum in the first place. He made you feel loved, which is a good feelings, but one you were taught never to have. Through your suppressed whines, you felt another presence, someone standing over top of you. "Please if you're going to kill me just do it." You cried out, clutching your bleeding thigh. "Y/N oh my god." Your eyes opened wide and you looked up to see Calum, who you hadn't seen in years. "Y/N I am so- I had no idea it was you." "C-Calum?" Your voice was shaky, your eyesight becoming blurry from the amount of blood you lost out of your leg. "Oh my god what have I done." He cursed at himself, and your head fell back against the cold brick wall. "M-my leg, you shot my leg." Your tone was gravelly. "I know dammit, I didn't know you were-I had no idea." He quickly ripped the bottom of his shirt and tied the piece around the wound to try and stop the bleeding. "I've got to get you out of here before the others come back." His arms lifted you up and he jogged into the back, into the car parked on the street. "You know this is why I broke up with you..." You told him, trying to regain some of your strength. Calum looked at you with hurt eyes. "I never wanted this to happen," You chuckled, "And it's exactly what did." He settled you in the passenger side and got in the driver's seat, speeding off. Deep down, he was glad this happened because it was a reason for you to be back into his life.
