"Me and your dad are going out for dinner, will you be okay making your own dinner tonight Alice?"
Mum smiled and lifted her handbag up onto her shoulder.

"Hmm, yeah sure"
I replied, not totally paying attention as I was busy calculating how many calories I had eaten during the day using an app on my phone.

I heard the door slam and I looked up to make sure they were gone, put my phone in my pocket and walked into the kitchen. I picked out a plate from the cupboard and placed it on the side, I got some ketchup out of the fridge and squeezed a bit on the plate, then looked around for more things to pretend I have eaten, bread, I tore up some bread and sprinkled crumbs on the plate and spread the ketchup around it. Then I placed the plate in the sink with a knife and fork.

I went up the stairs, ran to burn extra calories. I threw the door of my room open. My room was painted snow white, my bedding and curtains were also white, white is such a dainty colour, pure and perfect. I got my exersize mat from the bottom of my wardrobe and rolled it out onto my floor. Then went over to my bed and lifted up my pillow, a black book with a little silver lock, I picked it up and slipped my hand underneath the sheets on my bed and found the key, then unlocked the book and put the key back.

This booked contained exersize routines, meal ideas, calorie intake, and I also used it as a diary.

I opened it up to a page with an exersize routine on and placed it next to my mat. I exersized until I heard my parents come home, then went into bed and stayed on my phone looking at pictures of thin girls until the early hours of the morning.
