"Ali? Are you okay? I heard a thud?"
Mum walked into the hallway where I was walking.
"ALICE?! ALICE"
My mum bent down and lifted me up off the floor. The biscuit slipped out of my hand and landed on the floor.
Tears streamed down her face. She put me down and pulled her phone out of her pocket.999.
"Hello?! Ambulance please! No. 21 Rosemary Lane, my daughter....she....she-"
She paused thinking about all the things that could have happened to me.
Her voice became quiet like a whisper.
"...Help her."
A few minutes later an ambulance arrived at our door. Two men got me onto a stretcher and placed me on a bed in the ambulance. Mum came with me.
When we got to the hospital they hooked me up to loads of machines and tried to help me in any way possible.
Mum had to wait outside. She was in shock as to what was happening.
