"Draw, charge and draw. I discard a card from my hand to eqiup, Brave Equipment Glory Seeker!" The armor appeared on her, covering her from head to toe. She open the face guard. "Man, I will never get use to this. I pay 1 gauge to set Mission Card: Defeat Monsters! I pay 3 gauge and buddycall to the right. A brave that comes from the sun and charges into the fray with his friends, Brave of the Sun Gao! Now, lets evolve. The hero is here! Show them your power!" Gao changed into his new armor. "Guardian of the Sun Gao! Now his effect kicks in! I call from my deck, Shiny Up Hanako to the left. Now her effect lets all the monsters on our field, gain 1000 power and defense! I link attack with Gao against Big Sis!" "I pay 1 gauge and cast Chillax! The damage is reduced to 0 and I gain a life." "I use Gao's second effect!" "He has a second one?" Blair asked. "Yep. If he link attack with another Adventurer, I can choose one monster on my field and they gain 3000 power for this turn. I choose Hanako! Radiant Boost!" Gao hold his hands out towards Hanako and an orange energy surrounded her. "That feels good." "Now Hanako, attack Big Sis!" "I cast Quick Summon! By paying the call cost, the monster comes on my field. I pay 3 gauge. A witch who shows the true feelings of the heart. Come and help me! I budddycall Witch of Destruction Hearty the Devastator!" "Hanako still attacks you though." "Nope. The attack is redirected to Hearty." "Hanako can't win that one." "Plus, Hearty get Counterattack!" "Really?" "Hearty attack Hanako!" She pointed the end of her staff at Hanako and shot 3 energy blast, destroying her. "Well, I end. Your turn Sis."

"Draw, charge and draw. I cast Key of Solomon First Volume to put 2 cards into my gauge. I call Battle Wizard The Ace to the right. I have Hearty and The Ace attack Hallie! I end." Score: Tai-11, Blair-8, Charles-9, Hallie-8. "Draw, charge and draw. I cast Dragon Emperor Legend. Got it!  You know, Hallie isn't the only one with a new power." "Wait, Charles your Guardian can evolve too?" Tai asked. "Yes Master. I'll show you Galiazond new power! I evolve Galiazond!" "But you'll only have 2 life left!" "Since Galiazond left the field, I take 8 damage due to lifelink." A light started to surround Galiazond. "When the elemental forces intertwine with time and space, this savor is born! Come forth, Interdimensonal Space Guardian Galiazond!" The light disappeared revealing the new Galiazond. It's body was a bluish-purple, while the wings were space itself. It looked like the stars were actually moving. "Now Galiazond has the Lifelose ability. Which means, if he goes, I lose." "You're really putting it on the line aren't you?" Tai asked. "I'm just trying to win." "You be careful when you attack." Hallie told him with a serious face. "Their bond is strong. It's a little scary." Charles gave her a thumbs-up. "I got this! I use Galiazond to attack Tai! Cosmic Beam!" Galiazond's wings began to glow and then it unleashed a combined beam attacking Tai. He braced himself as the attack hit. "I use it's effect! If the attack hits, I can draw a card! Now, attack him again! Cosmic Beam!" 

The attack hit, but there was a barrier in front of Tai. "Cast! Solomon's Shield!" Blair was holding the card. "Thanks for that." "No problem. That's what partners do." "Tch. I end my turn." Hallie sighed. "I told you. This is why you're a blockhead." "Shut up!" "Looks like they're enjoying themselves." Tai told Blair. "Yeah, they are. It's cute. They're fighting like an old married couple." They laughed. "What are you guys laughing at?!" Hallie and Charles said together. Blair and Hallie's mother was watching them, enjoying themselves. "My, they sure have grown."

"Okay, my turn! Actually my FINAL TURN!" "Charles." "Yeah." "How we have a special return!" He threw the card to the left, 3 gauge was paid. "The mighty dragon who has enormous power. Come and show them the true power of the Gargantua Blade! Super Armordragon Gargantua Blade Dragon!" The dragon appeared and spiked up his blades. "Welcome back, Gargantua Blade. Now, his ability lets me return up to 2 weapons to my hand. I use his other ability! Punisher Blade on Galiazond!"  A storm of blades attacked Galiazond. Once it was destroyed, Charles' life automatically went to 0. "Well, that's it for me." "Punisher Blade on Gao!" The storm destroyed Gao too. " I call Boomerang Dragon to my center. Boomerang and Gargantua Blade, link attack against Hallie! Boomerang returns to my hand. I attack Hallie myself. I end." "Well, draw, charge and draw. I use Hanako to attack Tai. I end." "Draw, charge and draw. Hearty finish my sister!" "Glory Seeker's effect kicks in!" Her life was turn into a question mark. Then she close her eyes to focus. "Draw!" She didn't even look at the card. It was like she already knew. "I guess you win some and lose some." Her life turned into 0. Final Score: Tai-9, Blair-7, Charles and Hallie-0.
