Future Card Buddyfight: Buddy Invasion!

Chapter 1

There's a card game that is popular worldwide. That card game is Future Card Buddyfight! This game became so popular that it became a habit like eating or breathing. During the summer, a worldwide tournament took place. After this, it sparked many fighters everywhere. Core deck cases was distributed outside of tournaments. The game has improved with new formats, new tournaments, and new rules. This story follows a boy while he find his destiny.

It was a sunny day with perfect weather. A boy with black spiky hair was sleeping. A girl with black hair tied in a ponytail and wearing a red dress with white vest and black boots, walked in the room. "Tai. Wake up. It's the first day of school. You have to get up." He rolled over. "So you want to be that way, huh?" She cupped her hand around his ear. "TAI! GET UP NOW!!" He jumped out of the bed and fell to the floor. "I'm up! I'm up!" She smiled. "Good. Now get ready, we have to leave for school." "Fine, Rosena. I'll be ready in a minute." "Okay!" She left. He put on a gray t-shirt with a red shirt over it, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes. Before he left his room, he grabbed a blue deck case. "Can't forget about you guys, now can I?" 

Tai and Rosena were walking and a girl with braided sky blue hair, dark blue shirt, lighter blue skirt, and black flats. She waved to them. "Hi you guys!" "Hi Blair!" "How are you doing?" "Good." She walked with them to school. Once they got to school, when they walked into their classroom someone said, "Look! It's Team Mystic Flame!" Next thing you know, they were surrounded. They could barely move. "Who would have thought we were this popular?" Blair said. "It was like this after we won the Grand Prix." Rosena said. "We need help!" Tai notice something. "Guys, an opening." They made through the crowd and took their seats. Class was about to start soon.

During free period, the gang was talking to their classmates. They were talking outside and thier classmates seem to like the tournament very much. One person asked Tai for a match. "Sure, let me get my deck. I left it back in the classroom. He was about to enter the classroom when he bumped into someone, causing them to drop something. "Ah, sorry about that." It was a girl with short silver hair. He notice that her stuff was everywhere. "Let me help you get that up." He helped her and he saw a white deck case. "Do you play Buddyfight?" "Yeah, I do. Is that wrong?" "No, no, no! In fact, I was just about to get my deck. My name is Tai Rhinehart. What about yours?" "Kurumi Natsuko." "Kurumi? Nice name! Well Kurumi, nice to meet you." He offered a handshake. "Yeah." They shook hands and the bell rang. "I'll see you later Kurumi!" She nodded.

After-school, the gang decided to go to the card shop. When they entered, the place was lively. The was people fighting, Andrew was teaching a class to new Buddyfighters, and Stella was looking at a binder full of cards. "Hi Stella!" Blair said. "Hi you guys!" "Hi." "Hello." "Hey Stella. Is that binder yours?" Rosena asked. "Mm-hm. I collected cards for awhile now. I don't really fight, but I love to watch and collect." "May I see?" "Sure." Rosena flipped through the pages and was in awe. "This is a good collection, Stella." "I don't think it's that good." "Not good?! You have Triple Rares, Holos, and SPs on every page." Tai and Blair was they were shocked too. "Amazing." "I'm speechless." Stella laughed nervously. 

Then a person walked into the shop. "Welcome! Hope you enjoy yourself!" Stella said. "Thank you." When the person walked by, Tai noticed the person quickly. "Hi Kurumi!" "Hi." "Tai, you know her?" Blair asked. "Well sort of. We met today at school." "Oh." "Hey Kurumi?" "Hmm?" "Since you're here do you want to fight?" "I don't know, I just built my deck and I don't have a feel for it yet." "Well, you know what they say, practice makes perfect. I'll help out if you want." "Um, okay then."
