Masayo raise his hand. "I will forfeit!" The gang was confused on why he would do this, even Tai. The evil one however had a slight laugh. Red asked Masayo, "Are you sure about this?" He nodded and then looked at Tai. "Now you can go all out, so don't make me regret this." He said with a smile. Tai looked at him for a moment, then wiped out his tears. "Right." Roderick was still laughing like a madman. "Oh this is just too good. Not only you're having a mental breakdown, but you partner has ditched you!" Tai took a deep breath and regain his focus. "Just continue your turn." "Hmph. I'll show you. I pay 2 life to use Red Dragon's effect to restrict Flare of attacks!" Chains have wrapped around Flare. "Next I equip Shadowblade, Abyss Slicer! I will attack Tai!" He took the attack. "Now I pay 1 life to restrict you of attacks too!" Chains sprouted and wrapped Tai up. "Now I have Red Dragon attack you not once but twice!" The clone of Red Dragon has slashed at Tai then hit him with his tail. "Now I pay 2 gauge to cast! The Shadows Rage On! I discard 2 cards to let Red Dragon once more!" Yudai said. "Now that's will end things! Go Red Dragon and crush his dreams!" Red swung his tail, hitting Tai and knocking back. "I will end." Roderick decided. "What are you going to do? You have 2 cards in hand, and neither you or Flare can attack!" "Looks like you don't know who you're facing." Luke said. "Oh butt out!" Roderick said. "Now Legendary Rainbow Guardian, show me what you got." Tai grinned. He manages to stand up while chained. "Okay if you say so." He bracelet began to glow. "Here it comes." Blair said. "Miracle Draw!"

He looked at the card he drew. "I'm glad you're here." "Who are you talking to?" Yudai asked. "Just a fellow Guardian!" He said. "Now I pay 3 gauge and put Flare into the soul! I call to the right, Rising Flare Guardian, Red Dragon 'Brave'!" The real Red Dragon appeared across from the shadow clone. Red Dragon has red and yellow armor on and has some flames coming from it's back. The gang cheered. "Alright! Red Dragon has a new form!" Hallie said. Roderick was baffled. "But how?!" Red Dragon went closer to him. "I heard you were bad mouthing my buddy and now, you're going to pay." "Since I called out Red here, I can charge my gauge and gain a life. Now I use Red Dragon's effect! I can send two cards to the drop zone from my hand to destroy 2 cards on the field! I will choose the shadow clone and that weapon!" "Flame Barrage!" "Then Red will attack Yudai!" "Cast! Shadow Drain!" "Then Red will attack Roderick!" "With pleasure. Fiery Drill Breaker!" Roderick smirked. "At least you can't atttack no more." Flame Drill Breaker!" And with that, Roderick was eliminated from the game. He body started to turn into light specks. "Yudai, why?" "Because you were weak." He sternly. "That's why." After he heared that he was truly defeated but he accepted it. "My time has come to a close." As he said that, he was gone ffom existence. "Now that's out of the way, shall we continue?" Yudai asked like nothing happened. Tai shallowed his grief and nodded.

"Draw, charge and draw. I will pay 2 gauge to buddycall Spiral Devastator Dragon! Now with Devastator's effect, I pay another gauge to copy Red Dragon's effect to drop 2 cards from my deck to destroy Red no once but twice!" "I will cast Dragobond to save Red and gain 2 life." "Tch. Then I will have Spiral attack you directly! Then I will attack!" "I cast Blue Dragon Shield!" "Then I end." Score: Tai-5, Yudai-1. "I guess I lost then." "Draw, charge and draw. Time to finish this. Red! Go attack Yudai and end this fight!" "Flame Drill Breaker!" Yudai stood their and took the attack. Final Score: Tai-3, Yudai-0.

Yudai looked at his hands, turning into light. "At least I'm going to a better cost." He said to himself. Tai turned quickly and went away. The other Tai put his hand on Henry's shoulder. "Now I want to you to crush her will." He said. "Crush so bad that she will regret leaving me." Henry nodded and headed to the field. On the other side, Blair walked past Tai. "You got this." "Right." She was facing her best friend. They stared at each other, not saying a word. They luminize their decks and they were ready to fight. "Buddy-" "FIGHT!"
