Chapter 39

Tai uncovered his eyes after his deck flashed. He seemed to be outside. "What just happened?" He asked himself. He took a quick look around the area and found the other Guardian Wielders. They seem to unconscious. "There's only one way to do this." He cupped his hands over his mouth and yelled with all his might. "WAKE UP YOU SLEEPY HEADS!!" They all woke up but not in a pleasant way. "Alright who's the wise guy?" Charles asked. "Probably the one who's up." Luke stated. "What happened to the stadium?" Blair asked. "Mom, I just need 5 more minutes." Hallie said while still half asleep. " After a couple minutes of getting thing  straight, the gang came to a decision. "We need to figure out how we got here, where we're at, and why we're here." Hallie stated. "I can answer all of that." Somebody said. A dragon then appeared. "Hey Timework!" Tai waved. "We meet again Legendary Guardian."

Tai just thought of something. "Wait if you're here, does that mean we're in Dragon World?" "You are well at least the past Dragon World." "Do you know the dragon Master?" Timework realized his mistake. "How rude of me. I'm Super Armordragon Timework Dragon, controller of space and time." "Wow." "So how far back are we?" Luke asked. "Several thousand years back." Timework replied. The gang was surprised. "There must be a reason for this." Blair said. "There is. The current Dragon World is on the brink of destruction." Timework explained. "And not just Dragon World, but that goes for all of the worlds." "How can we save them?" Hallie asked. "That's why I summoned you. Follow me." They followed the dragon and they were heading into some ruins. "This place is called the Guardian Spectrum." "Why is it called that?" Hallie asked while looking at the writings on the walls." "Because this place is where the stories are told." "Stories?" They stopped at a stone tablet. "Yes stories." Timework began to tell.

"Long ago, when the worlds were still new, there was a creature who wanted to rule all. This creature hatched a plan to still the core energies from each world. At the other monsters were adjusting to their home, they didn't suspect anyone who wants absolute power. So the creature easily took the different energies and combined them together with him. The power was too much for him to handle thus destroying his body. Without the core energies, the worlds started to collapse and vanish into space. But 6 brave heroes combine there powers and a miracle was born. It was a hero who had golden armor on with metal wings. It was called the Ultimate Golden Guardian. This Guardian restore the worlds and return their energies. But this lead to the biggest sacrifice. The Guardian used much of it's power so during the last moments, it gave the rest of it's strength to a select few who are the Guardians." "Is the disaster we are having now, the same one that happened centuries ago?" Tai asked. "It seems to follow the same track." Timework replied. "So a repeat of history huh." "There's more. As years go by, a clan was formed to raise and protect the later generation of leaders of the Guardians. This clan was called the Rising Flare Clan, as earning the name, Rising Flare Guardians." Tai realized the situation. "Does this mean-" "Yes. Tai Rhinehart, you and the other Guardians must combine your powers to summon the Ultimate Golden Guardian!"

Tai didn't know what to say. "I know this is alot to take in, but you must realize the past to accel into the future." He clenched his fist together. "Alright I'll do it." "Tai." He turned to Luke. He had a serious look on his face. "This means that you could have to sacrifice yourself too." "Yeah I know." "Tai sacrificing himself?" Blair thought. "Now Guardian Wielders, here's you mission. Go defeat the other Tai and combine the Guardians' power to bring peace to both worlds." Timework explained. They all salute with a serious expression. "We will defend our world!" Hallie said. "We will also protect our future too!" Blair declared. "We won't give up!" Charles said. "Or fail!" Luke said. "This is our promise. We won't let you or the world down!" Tai finished. Timework nodded. "Sounds good. Now go Guardian Wielders!"
