Sweet Little Something [On ice]

Chapter 1.

Scarlett looked outside the window and took a big breath. This is the last morning I'm waking up in my room, she thought and searched for her pack of cigarettes. She pulled one out and put it on her mouth.

Her father walked in the room and looked at her. "Boy, you make me think that I made the right decision day by day.", he said shaking his head.

"I told you to knock before entering!", Scarlett said annoyed and lighted her cigarette.

"Don't worry honey. Tomorrow we won't have that problem.", her father said with a fake smile and pulled a small peace of paper out of his shirt pocket.

"What is that?", she asked.

"Five sites are written on that paper. I'll give you the freedom to choose one of them."

"What an honor!", Scarlett whispered ironically, and rolled her eyes.

"I'm leaving now.", her father said and left the paper on her desk.

Scarlett took her cellphone out of her pocket and dialed Theodore.

"Scar!", Theodore said excited.

"Hey, Theo, what's up?"

"Nothing's up, everything is down.."

"Why?"

"Loneliness, dear!"

"What about Julie?"

"She won't pick up the phone.."

"Great.."

"I can't believe that Lorrie didn't tell me about Alfie's departure! I didn't even get to tell him goodbye, you know?"

"Yea, I was pretty shocked too.."

"Got to go, my mother wants me for something."

"Ok.."

"Bye Scar."

"Theo?"

"Yes?"

"How is she?"

"Who?"

"Lorrie.."

"She is fine, I guess. The baby is keeping her company."

"Was I wrong, Theo?"

"No, honey. I still believe that you were right in your fight."

"But it's been two months and she still won't talk to me."

"I know baby, I know.."

She hang up the phone and threw her cigarette out of the window.

Okay, let's find the boarding school that fits me, she thought and turned on her laptop.

Site No.1

There is a lights out at 8 o'clock. You are not allowed to get out of your rooms after that. Our guards and doctors will be in everywhere to keep an eye on you.

Nop, don't need that one.., she thought.

We only host girls since 1939. Our job is to keep their minds (and legs) closed.
