The video started crooked, the ceiling was recorded for the first few seconds before they collectively realised that the camera wasn't recording Mark.
Loud overlapping voices filled the room.
"MARK SAY IT AGAIN." Chenle said out loud.
"HE'S SO DOWN BAD." Jaemin claimed.
"WHY ARE YOU ZOOMING IN HIS EYES." Renjun said angrily.
Mark sat on the floor beside the couch, hoodie sleeves covering half of his palm, his cheeks flushed from alcohol.
His eyes looked heavy and unfocused while the others were whispering something in a chaos around him.
The phone shook every few seconds because whoever held it couldn't stop laughing or was just too drunk just like the others.
"No but... like seriously." Mark blurted out.
"I miss Hannah so much."
A dramatic chorus erupted immediately.
"HYUNG STARTED." Chenle screamed his lungs out.
Mark sighed,
"You guys don't get it though."
Haechan from somewhere behind the camera exclaimed,
"we absolutely do."
Mark ignored him completely.
Mark continued.
"Everything reminds me of her." He paused, his brain buffering.
"Literally everything."
Chenle laughed.
"bro cried over almond milk earlier."
"BECAUSE SHE LIKES ALMOND MILK." Mark exclaimed loudly, as if their words physically offended him.
The room exploded again.
The camera tipped sideways for a second before focusing again on Mark.
"And I love her so much it's actually crazy." he rubbed his face tiredly.
"Like... she's my home, you know?"
A collective drunken "awwwwwww" echoed through the dorm.
"you're never recovering from this tomorrow." Jeno said, the only voice which was calm compared to others.
"I don't care." Mark said confidently then he immediately pointed at the camera
"Tell Hannah I love her."
"Text her then." Jeno said.
"No." Mark shook his head aggressively before another dramatic pause.
"She's mad at me."
The energy dipped for exactly two seconds before Haechan loudly yelled,
"THEN WIN HER BACK BRO."
Everybody started screaming over each other after that while Mark buried his face into the couch cushion from embarrassment despite being drunk.
The video ended with Jisung dropping the phone and Chenle yelling.
"SAVE THE EVIDENCE."
