Around eight in the morning, Tripura was already awake and freshened up.
She walked back into the room and gently patted Ram's arm.
"Ram... wake up. It's already late."
Ram groaned dramatically and buried his face deeper into the pillow.
"Sone do yaar," he mumbled sleepily. "I've hardly slept."
Tripura tried not to laugh at his miserable state.
"You can sleep later. Wake up now. Maa and Papa will be here soon."
Ram groaned even louder this time before struggling to open his eyes and look at her.
"Bahut pareshaan karti ho mujhe," he complained weakly.
Tripura gave him a cheeky smile instantly.
"You should actually be grateful that I exist in your life."
Ram stared at her in disbelief.
"Yeah right," he muttered. "I should be very grateful. Especially after last night."
Tripura crossed her arms smugly.
"Now if you couldn't handle me, what can I do? Just accept the fact that you are aging drastically."
Ram immediately sat up halfway.
"Oh hello, madame. I am perfectly fine, alright? It's you who shocked me to the core."
Tripura widened her eyes innocently.
"Maine kya kiya?"
Ram gasped dramatically.
"Tumne kya kiya? Meri maa behen ek kar di hai!"
Tripura burst into laughter at his expression.
"Such a liar, yaar, Ram. Where is that guy who used to sleep around like a pro? Weren't you the proper man whore in your prime time?"
She ended up giggling at her own statement.
While Ram simply gaped at her in betrayal.
"Okay fine," he said finally, pointing at her accusingly. "Even if I was sleeping around like a pro, that still doesn't mean I would do it seven times in a day. Three was the maximum."
Tripura tilted her head, shrugging.
"How boring."
Ram narrowed his eyes before finally sitting up properly.
"Don't worry," he declared dramatically. "Now that I know my madame's capacity can apparently exceed beyond seven, I will train my body accordingly."
Tripura smirked instantly.
"Let's see that."
Then she pointed toward the bathroom.
"But for now, get up and get ready."
Ram pouted immediately.
"Not fair, yaar. You already took a bath. I thought we could do that together."
Tripura shook her head, already gathering her hair to clip it up.
"We'll do that some other day."
Then she looked at him knowingly.
"But right now I need to go downstairs. So get up, okay? And don't fall asleep again."
Ram groaned dramatically once more while Tripura laughed under her breath and walked out of the room.
He was absolutely dead tired, every muscle in his body protesting the moment he tried moving properly.
And yet, despite all of that, a small smile still found its way onto his lips anyway.
Shaking his head helplessly at the memory of Tripura teasing him nonstop since yesterday, he slowly reached for his pants lying nearby and wore them with far less energy than usual.
"Yeh ladki..." he muttered under his breath, though the fondness in his voice was impossible to miss.
Still smiling to himself, Ram finally dragged his exhausted body toward the bathroom, already mentally preparing for another round of Tripura bullying him downstairs.

Around forty-five minutes later, Ram finally made his way downstairs looking much fresher than before, though the slight heaviness in his movements still betrayed how exhausted his muscles truly were.
