Bonnie

We're officially half way through filming and I still haven't bonded properly with the cast. I've gathered that Cameron barely tolerates me, Karan thinks I'm academically ineligible, Skai likes me for my accent, Debby is nice, and I think Peyton likes me. My mission for the day: to make friends. Yay.
"Lila's at daycare and I'm working late tonight," my mum tells me, "Order pizza if you want, just make sure your sister is safe."
I pick up my backpack from the stairs, "We'll be fine, mum. Have fun at work!"
She laughs, "You too, sweetie."
We both exit the house and get into our cars, mum driving left and me turning right. I arrive at the studios after about 15 minutes and park in my usual spot, furthest away from anyone else.
"Hey, Bonnie!" Skai jumps up as I step into the set, "We're playing truth or dare in Debby's dressing room. Come play with us!"
You want to make friends, Bonnie, let's play their silly party game.
I smile an nod, "Alright, lead the way!"
Skai takes me to the others and we all sit in a circle on the floor.
"Um, where's Cameron?" I ask.
Karan doesn't speak, but points to the couch in the corner. I look behind it and Cameron is sitting, facing the blank wall, with music playing so loud from his earbuds I can hear it from where I'm sitting. He notices that I've seen him and he gets up and storms into his dressing room.
"Shall we start?" Peyton looks over at me as I sigh unenthusiastically.
Debby goes first, "Skai, truth or dare?"
"Dare!" She smirks, cracking her knuckles.
"I dare you to go out to the cameras and twerk right up close to them."
Debby and Skai run off together to complete the dare, leaving Karan, Peyton and I awkwardly gazing around the room.
"So..." I decide to try to make small talk, but Skai saves me by bursting back through the door with Debby almost crying with laughter.
"Bonnie...truth or dare?" Skai questions in an awful gameshow host voice.
Lazily, I lie back against the wall and put my hands behind my head, "Truth."
"Do you like Cameron? Not as in date him, just like him as a friend."
Typical thirteen year old. You can't just ask people who they like and don't like. Especially when they're in the room opposite you.
"Of course," I tell her sincerely, "I've gotten to know him better, and he's actually really sweet."
She sniggers, "Sweet?! He's so weird! And he thinks he's so cool because he's all mysterious!"
Defensively I get up and glare at Skai, "Hold on a second, kid. He's not weird, he's different. And he is sweet. You just wouldn't be able to see it because you're always judging him and bitching about him behind his back. Get your head out your ass and stop alienating him because he doesn't meet your standards."
I make a dive to the door, attempting to make it as cool of an exit as I can, but I get pulled away by someone on the other side of the door.
Cameron. He was standing at the doorway the whole time.
"Thank you, Thompson," he says, "maybe you're a little less intolerable than I thought you were."
