ALEX'S POV
"Mr. McClauren, don't forget to pass me your personal informations regarding your Presidential Contract for the Student Government Club." Ms. Grogan detailed.
"I haven't said that I'll join your club."
"Welll, I am assigning you, Mr. McClauren. I'm not expecting a No' answer here."
I glanced at Eli, doing her edits for the school news article beside me. She stroke her hair behind her ear. What if I'll join her on the club, Ms. Grogan is offering me.
Of course, she'll freak again, and being so bossy all the time, more like a queen bee. Whatever her reasons, I'm joining this club with her.
"So, what do you think now?" Ms. Grogan snapped at my revery.
"I'm joining with Eli."
Eli turned to me with a disapproval look.
"What, Alex!" She shrieked.
"Good desiscion, Mr. McClauren, that's why I'm happy you're one of my students. Ms. Rosewoods was a good offer. I'll see you at the club tomorrow, same with you Eli." Ms. Grogan turned to me then to Eli.
"What!" Eli groaned.
I just chuckled a bit, seeing her reaction. So now she won't be a queen bee anymore because once an officer elected, he/she must show humbleness.
Lunch came when I scooted around the hallway with Aaron, my friend. Students are over-flowing racing to their lockers, while we get to the cafeteria.
I ordered a lemon juice and pasta. When suddenly a girl approached me.
"Hey, pretty boy! Would you like to join on our Theatre Club?"
"I'm not good at acting. So, sorry."
"It's fine, we'll just teach y------"
The girl stopped as I saw Eli, racing to me.
"WHAT IN THE WORLD DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" She grabbed my elbow, then throw me the paper of Elected Officials. Everyone is looking at us.
"Nothing guys, my girlfriend is just...disappointed at something." I smiled to everyone, then they returned on what they're doing, seeing Eli shrugging me.
"If you want to talk to me, then talk normally."
"How can I talk normally, when I heard the news running for Vice President School Govenment Official: Ms. Elizabeth Rosewoods elected by YOU!!"
"You're smart right, so you can handle it. And I want you to join me."
"I don't want to join. I don't have time."
She sits now beside me.
"You will have time if you spare some."
"You don't understand, I still got paperworks to do for the School Journal."
"I'll help you, then."
"No! As if, you're smart."
"Oh really? What an insult." I raised my eyebrow on her. "Well...that's not a reason, Rosewoods. No matter what happens, You. Will. Join." I inched myself closer to her face.
She gave me a devilish look and crumpled the paper on the table.
"Fine! Then, Don't expect me at the conference tomorrow." Then she walked away.
ELI'S POV
"I'm in the basement now." I called Toni then I hang up not waiting for his answer.
When I arrived at home, obviously it's quiet, well it is forever quiet ever since I was born in the world. My mom and dad were a Medical Doctors and tends to go in the hospital in the morning, and go home late at night, sometimes, they go home in the morning like 2am.
