ELI'S POV

"Ms. Eli, what time am I going to pick you up?" My driver, Toni asked me.

"Whatever time, I call you." I said with an arrogance on my tone.

"Of course."

I arrived at Washington High on time. I removed my sunglasses and waved my hair as I come to the entrance. Students in our school greeted me as I walk through them. And some of the guys almost dropped their jaws looking at me, and I just smiled. Professionally gorgeous lady walking on the middle isle.

Feeling the airconditioned air, somebody bumped at me, running. I almost drop my bag, but I held it close to me.

"Oops, sorry." Was all he said.

Suddenly my day turned dark, as I walk to my locker.

"Eli!!" Cassie exclaimed seeing me.
My nerdy friend who helps me so much of everything. Literally.

"The guys, they are gossiping about you."

"So what?"

"Aren't you interested?"

"Look, cass, I'm not, okay. I'm not just like random ass, who can flirt every guy, okay."

"Okay..here's the books you've ordered."

"Thanks. So, english, mathematics, deal." I said as I put my books on Cassie's hands. "And here's my bag."

Entering our room is not so new at all. Flying papers, noisy guys, and of course the geeks, reading books. I walked beside Liz.

"Oh. My. Gosh. What is that tiny red on your face? Can you wash it before I snap it out." I stared.

"I have my cycle today, I think that's wha------"

"You know, I really don't mind. So just turn around and don't face me."

She nods and the boys start to tease her again. Cassie was just behind me chuckling herself.

"Hey Eli! Come sit with me." Andrew my classmate asked.

"Huh! Whatever! I'm not sitting with you, I know my chair is.....yeah, right.."

I was out of words seeing the guy on the chair beside mine. He was talking to another guy infront of him, laughing. When a girl approached him, I inched closer to my chair. Ugh! Yeah, new sitting arrangement for the first day of the month.

"Excuse me!" I groaned to the girl, and all of the students looked at me, I don't care.

"Oh, you sit here?" Alicia, my classmate raised an eyebrow to me.

"I'm not going to put myself here if I don't, right."

"Fine!! I'm out, okay."

I start to fix my things and glance to my small mirror.

"Did you do our essay assignment?" The guy approached me.

I turned to him, scanned his face. He has the looks, handsome. Blonde, mascular body, strong jaws, gray eyes. Then I snapped myself.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Oh, you don't know me? Let me introduce, first. I'm Alexander McClauren, known as Alex. 17, New York. June 1...so?

"Yeah, of course. The two essays about the American Colonial War and Secretory Moments Flash of Britain. Wait you know me?"

I was startled to this guy. It is my first time talking to someone with a serious tone and motivative. No arrogance. Just like talking to a president.
