Flashes of images and words appeared in his mind.

Monsters. All of them were monsters.

A large man who was completely white and looked like he was made of fabric was the first memory he saw. He had stitches all over his body like a ragged doll and his clothes were bright purple. He had no hair and he was just plain scary.

Frank. His name was Frank, the first monster he let out. He killed the doll maker and just disappeared.

Fragments of a big, grey and white dog flashed in his mind. He realized it was the dog in the photograph. It had asked to be let out just to visit his master, yet he discovered that he wanted revenge. He put him back somehow before it fulfilled its plan. Its name was Claws.

Nick let out another searing scream as memories after memories forced their way into his brain.

He ran away, leaving the site of a new monster, but before he turned around, he heard Cladz say, "Revenge!"

The memories made its way into his brain faster and faster. Fragments of a white lion, a red-faced demon, a winged werewolf, and even a vampire entered his head. He could no longer make out what they had wanted and how he had put them back.

The last picture that entered his brain was the kitten he had met just a few days ago. Cladz.

His mind went blank as he ran down the emergency stairs. After a few moments, he heard a faint sound from upstairs.

"I'm free!" It was no doubt Cladz's voice.

Cladz laughed triumphantly.

Another image entered his head. A giant cat, standing on two paws, raising its big, front paws into the air and unsheathing its claws, ready to strike. Its body was full of stitches and scars, reminding him of the doll Chucky. Cladz's laugh echoed in his brain. It was him.

He let out another scream.

"What have I done?!"

He had reached the lobby and everybody was looking at him. He looked back, half-expecting Cladz to be right behind him.

He could faintly hear the words everybody was screaming at him.

"Sir, sir? Are you okay?"

"What's wrong?"

"What happened?"

"Who is he?"

"Is he crazy?"

He ignored them and continued to run in fear. There are only a few words in his mind.

Cladz is a monster. And he's coming after me.

He didn't realize he was heading straight into a young girl, maybe twelve or thirteen. She had long, wavy, black hair. Her eyes were purplish-blue and she was looking at him in surprise and panic.

He crashed into her and she yelled into his ear, "What happened?!"

Without thinking, he grabbed the girl's hand and dragged her with him outside. He only said a single word as a reply, "Run."
