"Justin, the dancers are here." Za knocked on the rehearsal room's door and I nodded. "Send them in one by one and then we'll do a group performance. That okay with you two?" I asked Scooter and my choreographer, Gina Bates. They both nodded and the first girl walked in. You could tell that she was nervous but I said nothing.
"Hi, beautiful. What's your name?" Scooter asked with a smile. The girl waved to me and I sent her a wave back. "Rita.." I nodded. "Like Ora?" She gave me a slight nod and squealed a bit.
"I'm sorry, I'm just really excited and nervous all at the same time. I'm a huge fan." She was shaking now and I looked down the row at Gina, who was rolling her eyes and chuckling. "Okay, show us what you got, babes." I said and she let out another squeal. Scooter and Gina shot me a glare as the music started.
Rita was fast, clean, and didn't miss a beat. The song she danced to was one of mine of course but I didn't mind. "That was actually good.." Gina told her. Scooter wrote something on a piece of paper and I agreed. "It was good...but not great. I don't feel like you're ready for the type of dancing we do yet. You're really clean and straight to the point with your dancing but we like to get down and dirty sometimes. We push limits that I don't think you're quite ready for."
Rita frowned a bit and sighed. "I understand. Thank you so much for this opportunity-"
"Hold up, I didn't say you didn't get the job." I stopped her before she had the chance to walk out the door. She turned on her heels and looked at all of us. "What?"
"I want you, Rita. There's a place here for you." Gina gave her one of the black tickets and shook her head. "This is your chance, little girl. Don't blow it over some crush you have on him and leave your feelings at the door if you make it to be one of his backup dancers."
"Next!" Scooter yelled and Rita mouthed a thank you to me, ran out of the door, and screamed.

"Today is going to be a long ass day." I sighed and Gina nodded, agreeing with me. "We have yet to see a dancer with all of the qualities that you're looking for. I mean they're good but not-"She stopped talking when a girl walked in. "Hello, what's your name?" Scoot asked. She placed her number on the front of her shorts. "Ashae'." She had a thick country accent. "It's pronounced exactly how it's spelled." I nodded. "Okay, Ashae', show us what you got."
Her legs moved quickly when the music began and she instantly went into toe touches, backflips, and spins on her hands. She was incredible. Then, when the music slowed down, she was just like a ballerina. Her arms moved gracefully and it was like she was gliding across the floor with every move she did. She finished off with a split and waved to me. I smiled and waved back.
Scooter and Gina both clapped. "Incredible. Hands down the best audition I've seen today, thank you so much." Gina handed her a black ticket. "You don't even need an audition after this because honey you've made it. I'm looking forward to working with you, Ashae'."
Ashae' nodded and gave a slight smile for the first time since she walked into the room. "Thank you so much, you won't regret it." She started to walk out but turned around while Scooter and Gina talked amongst themselves. She flipped her hair over her shoulder, stared in my eyes, and blew me a kiss. Then gave me the finger.

Meghan kissed my neck and started rubbing my shoulders to relieve the tension that was in them. I sighed with relief as she went harder. "Why are you so stressed out, boo? What's wrong?"I shut my eyes and tried to focus on her making me feel better. "I don't want to talk about it right now..." I felt her lips trail all the way from my ear to my shoulders. "You may not want to talk about it but it'll be good for you to let it out. It's never good for someone to hold everything in all of the time."
I turned around and planted a kiss on her lips. "You're right." She motioned for me to go on so I did. "I'm just really stressed about this next tour. I'll be leaving my family for so long and I can't stand not being with you or my kids. Plus, all this stuff about finding new dancers and everything is really getting to me. How am I supposed to hire over 70 dancers if only 5 of them can dance? It makes no sense. They're asking for too much."
Megs swung around me and sat on my lap, her legs on each side of me and her arms around my neck. "Justin, you can do it. You're strong baby and I believe in you. You're amazing at what you do and you shouldn't have to worry about us. We'll be alright while you're on tour. That's what I'm here for. To hold you down and make sure everything is good with you."
I was grinning from ear to ear. "What?" She asked and tilted her head to the side.
I busted out laughing and laid my head in the crook of her neck. "You did a stripper move when you swung around to sit on my lap. I was the pole this time though." She smacked the shit out of my chest and laughed too. "Shut up, white ass."
