A/N: I'm rewatching Yu-Gi-Oh 5DS and it giving me an idea for this.
Izuku, or my OC, discovered that he has a powerful and versatile quirk. It allows him to have the power of six dragons from the past. He trains this quirk in order to become the greatest hero and surpass All Might. Not as the Symbol of Peace, but a Symbol of Hope.
