Chapter 24

I saw something I didn't want to see , I'm pretty sure I'm not seeing things cause I haven't had a drink of anything , maybe that's some other guy and girl , or is it ? I feel so frustrated
"Here drink one and you will feel great !" One of Riker friend offered me a beer , I shook my head no
"Come on have fun , girl with the blunt bangs " he says , and seriously blunt bang girl ,not cool (that's what the shape of the bangs are called ) , I leaned back a bit to get a better view but someone blocked me , I swear if those are the people I think they are I'm going to blow up ,rikers friend is still offering me the beer , I take it and chug it down . I make my way through the crowd over to the girl and the guy who are apparently making out , once I get face to face with them I'm speech less,
"You two are such ass holes !" I yell tears streaming down my face
"Roxie no please , it's a miss understanding!" Ellington yells behind me
"Screw you !" I say and run out of the house , I keep running till I get to the park , I know the park is the first place they will come looking for me , so I start walking down the block to get to my best friend jackies house .

I get to her house and knock . I wait for a few seconds till the door slides open and surprise surprise it was not jackie , it was her brother , I totally forgot jackie was out for the week
"Hey " he says , I do have to admit he is pretty hot , he is two years older than me but I'm eighteen so age dosent matter, what the hell am I saying I'm having boyfriend problem right now
"Oh sorry I totally forgot, jackie was out , I didn't mean to bother, I'll let you be " I tell him , and at the last part my voice trembled , me remembering what I saw back at house with Ellington, I felt a tear slip down and I turned around to leave , and just then Mother Nature decided to pour in the rain , what ever I'll go in one of the tunnel slides at the park .
"No , Roxie wait " I was halfway through the drive way going to the park and me already drained in rain , when I feel someone catch my arm and stopped me from walking any further, I turn around to lock my eyes with Damon's blue eyes (picture on the top of the first slide of this chapter )
"Why don't you come in the house , while the storm calms down a bit ?" He says , he is also getting soaked, I don't say anything but he starts dragging me in his house , not literally but I end up in his house .
