GABRIEL'S POV

We had won the game, I turned to go and find Leandra only to realize that she was no longer with her squad.

"Hey Amy, have you seen Leandra?" I asked walking over to her.

"She left about five minutes after half time saying that one of her friends had to talk to her,"

"Oh well maybe she left me a message. See you later Amy," I turned and walked towards the change rooms so that I could shower and change and check my phone.

After I was all ready to leave I listened to the message that Leandra left on my phone.

"Hey Gabriel are you heading to Parkers for the victory party," Lance asked as we were heading out of the change room.

"Yeah a little later, I just got to go and meet Leandra right now but we should be there later,"

"Okay man just hurry up, this party is going to be crazy," He said heading to his car.

I turned 180 degrees and headed back to where the bleachers were.

I turned the corner and the first thing I noticed was two people holding a knife to Kelly's throat, I looked up a little more and saw Antonio holding Leandra.

"NO GABRIEL GET OUT OF HERE!!! RUN!!!" Kelly shouted causing the knife to make a small cut on her throat.

"Ahhhhh so the boyfriend finally shows up, here I thought you weren't ever going to come," Antonio said handing Leandra off to another guy before making his way towards me.

"Now it's time that I show you who really is the better man for Leandra,"

"Just because you could kick my ass does not mean you are the better man. Just means your a tough asshole," I said.

"Gabriel shut the f*ck up!" Leandra shouted at me. I guess it wasn't a good idea to 'poke an angry bear'.

Antonio came at me so fast that I barely had enough time to duck out of the way. But I didn't get up fast enough and took a kick to the head.

With the world spinning I stood up and got ready for his next attack. I was able to dodge this one and land a nice hit to his already swollen nose. I am guessing from Leandra.

He came at me again and landed to jabs to my face and knocked me down to the ground and proceeded kicking me. I was pretty sure by this point most of my ribs were broken and I was already coughing up blood.

"NOOOOO!!!" I heard Leandra shout, then all of a sudden Antonio was thrown back and Leandra was there in front of me, "Oh Gabriel I am so sorry."

"B!tch what do you think you are doing," He said getting back up.

"Alright, you proved that you are better then him, now just take me and leave them alone this isn't worth it," She said getting up and facing him head on.

I wanted to shout no, to kill me and leave her alone but I was to busy fighting off the darkness that was threatening to take over.

"Fine, you right, this shack of sh*t wasn't much of a fight anyways, you should have spent more time trying to train him," Antonio said grabbing Leandra and dragging her away leaving Kelly and I alone.

Just before the darkness finally consumed me I heard Leandra shout back, "Remember you promise."

Shit.... Was all I could think as I finally fell unconscious.

Leandra's POV

"You stupid, G*ddamn, MotherF*cking, Son of a B!tch I hope you die a very slow and painfull death and birds feed on you rotting dead corpse," I shouted as he was putting my in the passenger seat of his car.

"Come on Leandra tell me how you really feel," he said smirking at me.

"You know this is never going to work right? I mean, sure you have me, but you will never get me to like you again. You ruined that the first time you killed someone in front of me,"

"What if I told you I could change," He said looking at me.

"Well for starters, if you could change you wouldn't have threatened my best friend, beat my boyfriend all to sh!t or kidnapped me. If you could change, you should just leave me the f*ck alone," I said staring out the window.

"You just don't get it, I love you more then anything in this world, I would do anything to keep you, as you may have noticed. I can change and I will change if it just means that you will stay with me,"

"I can't just stay with you, I have lost all respect for you. Anything that I used to feel towards you is gone. There is nothing left, why can't you just except that," I said finally looking at him.

"I can't, no I won't loose you. Not again, the best times in my life were the moments that I spent with you. You make me feel like I could be a better person, no you MAKE me want to be a better person. You are my life."

"Well, I am sorry but I can't stay with you. I'm sorry but I have changed, I am not the same scared little girl that I used to be, I have changed and I think it is just time for you to move on."

"No, you will stay with me even if I have to chain your ass to a f*cking wall,"

"OH thats romantic,"

I wish this nightmare would just end... I hope you are alright Gabriel and you better keep you promise. I stopped him once but I don't think I could do it again.
