"Kevin can I please talk to you?" I asked standing outside his room. My only reply was a grunt but I took that as a I could come in.

"Kevin can we please talk about this Kelly thing?" I asked sitting down on his bed. After Kevin saw the magazine he was pissed and I felt bad because it was my fault that she was up there.

"There is nothing to talk about. I didn't know that she liked to be with so many other guys the same time she was dating me," I said through clenched teeth.

"Come on, you know is not like that, and the only reason she was up there was because I was and she was trying to make this a fun night for me. If you want to be pissed at someone you should be mad at me. Don't blame her for something that I started," I said trying to get him to listen.

"How come I have to forgive Kelly, but you don't have to forgive Gabriel," He said knowing that he had backed me into a corner.

"That is like apples and oranges. Gabriel was about to f*ck another girl, Kelly was just having a fun time with her friend, nothing more nothing less," I said mad that he had brought that up.

"If you can at least forgive Gabriel and stop throwing it in his face, then I will forgive Kelly. Does that sound like a fair deal," He said knowing that I would do anything for my best friend.

"It sounds like you are taking Gabriel's side in this, but yes I will do it, for kelly," I stressed the last part.

I walked down stairs to where Gabriel was sitting watching TV, I knew that Kevin was standing behind the wall making sure that I went through with my part of the deal.

"Gabriel we need to talk," Said sitting down and turning the TV off.

"Wow, thats about the nicest thing you have said to me since the night of the party," He said looking at me.

"Then you are going to love the rest of this. I just wanted to let you know that I do forgive you for what happened that night, I know it wasn't your fault and I should stop treating you like it is,"

"Does this mean...."

"No," I said cutting him off, "we are not getting back together. I told you my fear of getting into a relationship and you made them all come true, that is something that I still can't forget. But I can start treating you like a human being again and stop throwing that night in your face. That is all that is going to happen."

I got up and walked out of the room, not before I turned around and saw Gabriel sitting there with his head hanging low, I think I even saw a tear roll down his cheek.

I turned around and walked to where Kevin was standing.

"There, you got want you wanted, not the way you planned it though. Now go and talk to Kelly," I said walking away from me and towards my room knowing full well that he would go and talk to Kelly.

I was sitting in my room reading when Sheryl came on the intercom thing and told me that I had to meet them in Robert's study to discuss something.

I walked in and saw Robert, Sheryl and Gabriel sitting there.

This is going to suck...

I sat down on the couch away from all of them, but so I could still see everyone when they were talking.

"Leandra, your wedding is going to be during Spring Break, five days after your eighteenth birthday to be exact it is going to be on the 12th of April," Sheryl said.

"Yeah, so I have what, like 2 months to still try and get out of this ordeal, that sound plausible," I said standing up and walking out of the room.

"We are not done young lady," Robert said as I opened the door.

"I am, I want nothing to do with this wedding, you can plan everything that you want, its not like I am going to have to go through with it anyways," and with that I walked out of the room and headed back to mine, deciding that I was going to study again because finals were in a week and I didn't want to think about any of the other shit I was going through right now.
