 could hear this annoying beeping sound, but I couldn't find where it was coming from. Everything was black, I tried to open my eyes but they just weren't cooperating with me.

I was listening to the sounds around me, since that was the only thing that I could do at the moment. Beyond the beeping I could here the slight snores of someone in the room. I could even feel the warm breath hitting my cheek.

What the fuck is going on?

I was still trying to open my eyes, or move or something when I heard a door open.

"Gabriel, Gabriel honey you have to wake up..." I heard rustling and I could no longer hear the snoring.

What the hell is Gabriel doing sleeping beside me... and would someone please shut off that beeping sound.

I must have made a sound because I could then feel someone grab my hand and I heard Gabriel talking.

"Come on Leandra, you have to wake up, you have been asleep long enough. It is time to come back to the land of the living. Please, you don't understand what you are doing to me," He said kissing the back of my hand. I heard the door shut and figured the other person left after he started talking.

"What am I doing to you?"

"OMG Leandra your awake," He shouted.

Wow I didn't know that I said that out loud, score one for the home team.

My eyes finally fluttered open and I took in my surroundings. It didn't take long for me to figure out I was in a hospital, seeing the white walls and the heart monitor.

Oh so that was the stupid annoying beeping sound that I heard.

I finally looked over to Gabriel and he had the biggest smile on his face. Though I could see the bags that were under his eyes and the fact that they were a little bloodshot and his face was red and blotchy.

WTF????? Why was he crying, it's not like he means anything to me... And I don't mean anything to him... RIGHT???

"So you never told me, what am I doing to you?" I asked sitting up a little bit.

"You were driving me crazy, who said that you were allowed to sleep for a week? Huh, I never gave you the right to do that," He said still wearing that smile on his face.

"Wait a minute, I was out for a f*cking week. Wow that is a new personal best," I said. I tried to move my arm put it pulled on the IV that was stuck in it so I decided to pull it out.

I winced as I felt the metal slide out of my arm.

Ah man that is going to bruise. I thought as I was looking at my arm.

"Hey you can't do that," He said looking like he was really mad at me.

"Well, I guess I could because, oh look at that, I did," I said taking off that stupid thing that was on my finder and man did that getting things going insane.

Machines stated beeping and doctors came running into my room.

"Whoa slow down people I didn't die," I said as the people came in all in a frantic.

"Oh, your awake, and seem to be very alert. Mr. Stephens I am going to have to ask you to leave, I need to do a check up on Mrs. Mildridge," Gabriel kissed my forehead then walked out of the room.

Once again WTF?????

"Okay Mrs. Mildridge..." He started but I interrupted him.

"Please call me Leandra, Mrs. Mildridge is way to formal," I said to him. I mean I really didn't like my last name all that much.

"Well, that answers my first question, Second question is do you know what day it is today?" He asked.

"Well, it should be... September... 3rd if my calculations are correct," I said.

"Very good, now I want you to follow this light with your eyes only," He said then started shining a little flash light in my eyes.

After the check up was done the doctor figured that I was good to go, but I had to come back in a week and get a check up. Make sure that there was no permanent damage, or something like that.

Mrs. Stephens came into my room caring some cloths for me and I quickly got dressed in the bathroom and ran out of the room as fast as my tired legs could take me.

"I'M FREE!!!! I'M FREE!!!!" I shouted while running down to the waiting room where everyone was sitting.

Kira was the first one to hear me and she was already up and hugging me.

"OMG! Child you had me so scared, don't ever do that again," She yelled at me while still hugging my tightly.

"Well, if you don't let go soon I am going to pass out from lack of oxygen," I said with a slight chuckle.

Her grip loosed but was replaced by someone else, who picked me up and spun me around. I looked down and recognized that brown hair.

"Jesse put me down. You should be nice to the one that just got out of the hospital," I said laughing.

"I am so so so so so so so so so so so SORRY!!" He said hugging me again.

"It's not your fault you're not the one that kicked my in the side," I said hugging him back.

"I know, but I shouldn't have been standing that close to the edge, I just feel so bad," He said finally letting me go.

"Jesse this is not my first comma and it probably want be my last. Hang with me long enough and you will notice that I am very accident prone. But enough of that I want to get the f*ck out of this place. I hate hospitals," I said with a little chuckle. It was a little ironic that I hate hospitals so much but am accident prone.

We got in the limo and they caught me up on everything that happened in the week that I was out.

"Oh and Gabriel over here dumped Tiffany after what she did to you. I mean it was amazing she left in tears and everything," Derrick said pointing at Gabriel, who looked like he was slightly blushing.

"See I told you that you would dump her ass before she dumped you," I said laughing.

"Don't you ever get tired of being right all of the time," Gabriel commented.

"No, never gets old and never will," I said with a smirk plastered on my face.

"Oh I forgot to tell you that we are going to go school shopping tomorrow, seeing it is the last day of summer holidays," Kira said really exited.

"Yeah I love school supply shopping, I always have to find the most outrageous school supplies," I said laughing.

We got to the house and I found out that they were all going to stay over here tonight.

It was about 10pm and man I was really bored. We were all just sitting around thinking of something fun to do when something hit me.

"Hey this is the last night of summer, isn't there a party somewhere. I mean someone has to be having a big bash to celebrate it," I said, really hoping there was.

"Well, yeah this guy named Parker is having one, but you just got out of the hospital are you sure you should be doing that?" Adam asked.

"Hey they didn't say that I had to take it easy so why don't we go..... Come one guys, I'm REALLLLLLY BORED," I whined.

"Fine go and get ready," Gabriel finally said I went sprinting up to me room, already knowing exactly what I was going to wear....
