27. Evening In

Niall kisses the spot next to your ear and trails them down to chin. "Ni!" you giggle distractedly, "Not now, this one of the best parts."

You and Niall are currently snuggled contently on the couch watching the last episode of the 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice.

Niall sighs dramatically and you smile, knowing he's being dramatic. His phones dings a couple times as some texts come in. A few minuets later, the doorbell rings.

"I wonder who that could be." You say getting up and Niall shrugs and eats a handful of popcorn and pauses the movie for you.

"Liam! Louis!" you greet them with a hug after opening the door. "What are you guys doing here?"

"We came to pick up Niall to watch a football match with us down at the pub."

Niall, who came in as Liam spoke and put his arm around you, replied, "Sorry lads, I promised y/n that I'd spend the evening with her."

They both seemed a bit disappointed but understood, time together hard to come by with Niall away on tour a lot.

But before they can turn and leave, you say, "I have an idea, why don't you stay here and watch the game. The game doesn't start for another...."

"10 minuets." supplies Louis.

"You can rustle up some snacks and find the case of beer Niall brought over a couple days ago. " That convinced them. They headed your kitchen to find the beer and snacks and you unpaused the movie.

"What you watching?" Liam asks, shoving a handful of chips into his mouth.

"Pride and Prejudice." you reply never taking your eyes from the screen.

"Oh." he sits on the armchair beside the couch. "Who's that?"

"Elizabeth Bennet, the main character."

"Ah." Louis wanders in with a couple beers, he hands one to Liam, pops his own loudly, and sits on one side of you. Niall puts a bag of chips and a package of cookies on the table and sits down on the other side of you.

"What's going on?" He asks.

"Shh! He's proposing again."

"Again?" questions Liam.

"Mmhm."

"Oh."

As you watch the rest of the episode, you answer Liam and Louis questions. And after it ends, you find the sports channel and watch the game with the boys.
