"I'm glad your home." You comment to your boyfriend Niall. It was just a few days after Niall had come home from tour and you had spent almost all your time together. Right now you are cuddled up on the couch, piled in blankets and wearing your favorite sweatshirt.
"So am I." He comments, giving you a sweet kiss.
You hum in happiness and snuggle closer to him. Your eyes drift shut as he whispers in your ear.
"I love you y/n."
"I love you too Niall." You murmur.
"Marry me?" He asks.
"Okay." You chuckle, not really believing he's serious.
"Y/N, I'm serious." At his tone you sit up and turn to look at him. To your surprise he's holding open a little velvet box, revealing a sparkling ring.
"Oh." You gasp, eyes filling with tears.
Niall smiles crookedly and takes your hand. "Y/N, I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"
"Yes!" You beam, tears spilling over.
He smiles softly and slips the ring onto your finger. He cups your face with his hands, brushes your tears away with his thumbs and kisses you.
