"Hey, did you hear?''

"The other day, this guy...''
Shizuo half listened and upon seeing Izaya talk so intently, he gave a small peck onto the raven-haired man's forehead.
"Wha...what was that for?''
The blonde smirked and looked at his partner.
"Expressing my love.''
"You already do enough of it.''
"Mmhm...''
Being that it was more of a sunny afternoon, Shizuo held onto Izaya and soon fell asleep.
Izaya glanced down at him and nervously placed his hand on the blonde hair. He caressed it softly, thinking of when they first met, or their situation now, and how it all came to this.
It had been a long journey for the both of them, and as cliche as this whole thing sounds, the time they spent together was priceless to Izaya.
The person he had been from the start mocked any sign of love related to him, yet here he was, stroking the hair of his lover. And a man, no less. To add on, the one and only Heiwajima Shizuo, the one who chased him everytime he saw him, trying to kill each him.
"Shizuo...I love you, you know. You're such a bastard, but I'm one too. That's why, you'll stay by my side forever.''
Izaya chuckled to himself.
"After all, the only one who can handle you is me.''
"You got that part right.''
Shizuo got up and bumped his forehead against Izaya's.
"Y-You...were awake...?''
Izaya's flushed face reddened even more while Shizuo laughed.
"I love you too, flea.''

Life gets busier and busier, and I decided to not keep up with this. It was my first time really trying to write a fanfiction, and I really thank those who have read up until now. Honestly, I was happy and love this ship to death. After these 43 chapters, the laziness gets to me sometimes.
I was never much of a writer and was really more of an artist [though not good at all] so this was something new to me. Really, I'm not even a reader unless it's a manga or doujin.
As for if I'll write another fanfiction, I took an extreme liking to Shizaya, and if there ever is another ship with so many (practically canon) scenes together, it'll depend on that.
