Louis' POV :

Parties at Malik's residence were always the best thing. Well, where ever we five boys party, we make it the best. But this time, it was a bit different. This time, Zara was going to be in the party. Ever since, she stopped from going and shook hands with me as a friend, I've grown quite fond of that girl. Fond! Is that even a feeling that I am feeling. I don't know what I feel for her. But there is something about her that keeps me moving, intriguing, and restless; something that doesn't let me stop; something that doesn't allow me to look away from her.

Concentrate Louis! You are driving a car and you need to focus on this damn road and not on the fact that where this road is leading you or to whom it is taking you to. I so want to see her now and finally take her to a party. Well that 'date' thing went awful. I still laugh at the memory of the day when she was about to bang my head on the table on just the mention of the word 'date'. God! Why is this girl so different?

I park my car in the dorm parking and head towards Zara's room. A plain tank top and ragged jeans is my favorite outfit for any party and I know I am looking great in it right now. Why am I getting so nervous about my looks these days? I knock at the door softly and wait patiently for her to open the door. After the second knock, the door opens slightly and a pair of shiny brown eyes peeks through the open space and then I hear a muffled sound.

"Louis. You are here?" Zara innocently speaks hiding herself behind the door only letting her eyes do the talk.

"No Zara. That's my hologram. Open the door." I laugh.

"Promise me you won't laugh at what you see." She is serious. This has to be something really laughable.

"Slit my throat if I do." I solemnly speak suppressing the giggles that are trying to reach my eyes.

She nods, smiles and then opens the door for me. There I see her. Standing in a red evening gown with full sleeves reaching her wrists and covering her whole body, she was being her enchanting self, captivating every nerve of my living being and stamping it with the claim that says 'Zara is the most beautiful creature on this earth'. Her hair cascade at her shoulders on one side and define some striking features of her face. A long loose red scarf covers her curves and makes her look beautiful rather than sexy. She is perfect. The moment is perfect; the perfect sight that I would love to see every day in my life.

Suddenly, I realize that I am wearing ragged jeans and a tank top for a purpose. Oh yes! We are not going to attend a wedding; we are heading for a party. The moment I comprehend how beautifully she has dressed up herself for a wrong occasion, I burst into laughter. Hysterical laughter sound leaves my mouth and sadness takes hold of her. Her lips start drooping like a lifeless leaf and she looks like a sad emoticon. This encourages my laughter even more and I know I can't contain this, so I squeal and laugh all along. She gives up on me and sits sadly on her bed. I try to regain my self-composure which is a hard task to do at the moment.

"What? What is it that you are howling right now, Louis?" She snaps.

I become serious at once. But then again realizing the whole situation, I break into fits of laughter and clench my stomach which is paining due to this immense laughing exercise. She is simply looking at me, waiting for the hysteria to finish its go.
